It's not normal Scott. The written word is designed to communicate. It's necessary to be at least reasonably proficient to do so. Otherwise you may or may not put your point across or maybe be completely misunderstood.

So they now can not have a placing with out an EGM. They are looking for bids at 2p or greater. They can continue making money slowly. We can only hope that a company is sufficiently interested to do a JV or buy out AST. Problem is would they want the hassle of the Slovenian bureaucracy? Would you?

Can't see anything to do with AST, unless it is to point out the way their Chairman writes a letter to explain things to share holders. Could we see Clive doing this? Unlikely.

Strange reading some of the posts here. Having got RTN filtered they appear odd as replies to nothing. Just filter him. It really clears the air.

I'm also a little surprised there's no RNS. I would have thought Colin is well aware of the concern and would wish to at least provide a short explanation of what is going on as a way of reducing investor concerns before the AGM. That way they could have a more amicable AGM. As it is the AGM could be quite a difficult one for them with all of the hidden factors. Many factors are hidden from them as well as from us as the Slovenian government are not forthcoming with progress on permits.

The BoD needed to explain the process for those lacking the knowledge of the process. They have invested and are frightened off with this RNS. Their money is as good as the next person's. If you only want the knowledgeable to invest you narrow your investor market down somewhat.

TPT getting exited about the minutiae again when the elephant in the room is the current SP, MCap and the complete lack of any up ward movement. If the market were to believe this would be much higher.

There are a number of posts about "idiot investors" selling up through lack of knowledge. The BoD need to appreciate there will be those investing who don't understand. It's up to the BoD to explain in the RNS to deal with that lack of knowledge. Why should they? Because those investors selling up are bad for the SP and can often attract further sells. That isn't good and so the BoD do have to explain as all investors should be welcome as their money is as good as the knowledgeable. Look where the SP is now. That's 50% down on where it was a few days ago. That's a 50% cut in the MCap.
