In general an excellent letter, especially the tone of it. The important thing is that Colin is made aware in a courteous way of our concerns in a way that he will respond to the questions asked. This kind of letter is so much better than the vitriol and antagonism we have seen on Twitter and other multi media forums.

I have also emailed Colin to clarify this as I have a significant holding and am very concerned that a few idiots are spoiling it for the rest of us.

I would put the blame squarely on idiotic emails to the Environment Department. Colin has been a bit amateur in his communications but has generally been doing a good job. What has been made up in this episode and what is true is unknown and intended to be so by the nefarious few. In the meantime the rest of us with honest investments in a company making money, and yet having an SP crashing, are suffering.

I find this whole episode of supposed abusive emails to the Environment Department in Slovenia as really sordid. Anyone doing it would be potentially damaging their own investment. We are reliant on the Environment Department to issue the IPPC . Just how would abusing them help this? The 'letter' from Colin on Twitter doesn't ring completely true. It refers to 'shareholder' (singular) when it should be plural according to the letter. It uses the word 'Hi' in a rather familiar way, all too prevalent with emails nowadays. But this is a serious communication from the CEO. Now we have obone blaming Colin for this as well. All Colin can do now is try to firefight the situation when he goes to see the Environment Department. Extraordinary behaviour by supposedly educated people who have the money to invest in AST. I strongly suspect the Environment Department in Slovenia will really not care about investors in AST. They will already not care too much about Brits in general with Brexit coming and the general view of the governments in Europe to that.

Most of the trades are just tiddlers. I see just five buys at or around �5k and five small sells only all day. We need to see many large buy trades before this will really move up.

Oh, INA really should be interested RTN. Not to be would dangerous for INA as their contract for untreated gas would be at risk with any other new owner.

It certainly does defy logic bradis. The soil samples and paper work have been with the Environment Department for some weeks now. The IPPC had already been granted and was only withdrawn on appeal in 2016. The paperwork should be quicker now then. Not good enough to keep regurgitating the slowness of the Slovenia bureaucracy. This should have been expedited in consideration of the overall Slovenian economy and the need for gas in the Winter especially.

Did it work?

I would agree INA would be the sensible bidder for a takeover or at least a JV. We have been saying all along how strange it is that the Slovenian government is allowing this gas reservoir in their country to slip away. How ironic if it were to go to INA in Croatia as a competing neighbour to Slovenia. They need to get a move on though as the natives are getting restless and the politics will overtake them.

"We are only 3 trading days or so from the release of new shares to the market" is what he said. Can be read as 3 days to do. If it happened 3 days ago then the drop has happened already.

Brombarg, the RNS stated the shares would be (and now were) admitted to the ASX and AIM markets on 9th May. Have I missed something?

Doing rather well back then. Seems now to be suffering the usual AIM malady of loss of interest, until something good happens. Still one of the few AIM companies making money. Small hiccup with one of the clients at Cobre. Still other clients and other good projects coming along.

You've lost me now CMG, or you are being intentionally obtuse. I stated quote: "We need sensible questions at the AGM and as emails as well with sensible answers in reply". That is wanting people to email Colin. I really can't be bothered to have a private argument in a public forum. I understand your frustration but you are not alone in that. I just believe being antagonistic to Colin, me and everyone else who has a different view really doesn't help. So wind your neck in and be civil and helpful, and not just abuse to other posters with differing views.
