Investormadness - DYOR instead of joining in with the lazy dismissing of any progress and raising doubt against any positive statement.

Ballymena - you really should jump on a plane to Zim urgently and let them all know. All that combined knowledge and experience out there in the Zulu team is clearly not a match for your gut feel. GH, Glencore, Canmax and every single investor have clearly been fooled by all the supposed evidence that has been produced to date. I'm sure if you asked nicely, there'd be investors here who would contribute to your flight costs!

It appears that Martinigirl's minions are feeling rather smug again this morning.

Team being re-assembled for the next optimisation run... plenty of confidence that this one will herald the move into proper production. Talks with Glencore/Canmax complete and GH knows that funding is coming after this next run.

Some of you will be old enough to remember Spitting Image and it's characature of Maggie Thatcher... can't help picturing Martinigirl as Maggie. She's clearly unhappy that Jaglith, Ballymena and co have been silent since the interview and has whipped them into action!!

Seriously though, an EGM plus gaining some headroom isn't the only option on the table for fundraising. Maggie, I mean Martinigirl and her boys just won't accept that there are other options.

Coldsteel33 - I expect that the doomsters are rather perplexed and probably arguing amongst themselves about whether today signals a definite change. Whilst there are outstanding issues, GH clearly signalled progress on the biggies.

I haven't felt more confident,,, ever... which means 7 or 8 years. I'm more confident than even on the eve of production starting a couple of years.

So I expect the doomsters and naysayers will be regurgitating their negatives soon enough (funny that most of them have been silent this afternoon) but this really does now feel like there is a way forward to success... perhaps not in the terms that we expected a couple of years ago but I think that we could still be in multi-bagger territory. With a market cap of only £28m currently, the next piece of positive news should drive us towards £60m... I think we're talking days rather than weeks. Close those shorts guys and buy back in!

All credit to him for doing the interview - you wouldn't put yourself in that situation unless you knew that there was definite progress being made both in terms of optimising the plant and in terms of funding.

It's risky reading too much in to what he said but I get the impression that the negotiations with Glencore et al are complete and that we'll get an announcement before they begin the next set of optimisation runs.

So the team are off to look at RHA for a couple of days because they've got a short window before the optimisation runs start again... next week???

Interesting that he is talking about 'significant upside' around Zulu and that the 2nd flotation plant offers opportunities.

PS Did he refer to LOI2?

And just to refer back to GR's last interview - he said that GH has competencies that he himself didn't have... too right!! This guy is the real deal and it is feeling very positive! Quite clearly, there is a way ahead here. It's looking good.

Yes - he's trying hard not to say too much about funding, etc but he is sounding positive and I reckon that there's positive news very soon.

Glencore expected to take a majority stake in Zulu. Canmax debt will be dealt with by an extended offtake. Other debt to be addressed from Glencore funds. RHA to be re-started 2026. Consolidation not required.

Glencore just want to get on with it now that GR is out of the way.

Investormadness - not that I would expect you to but you clearly don't know my history here! 2017/18 was when I first got interested in Prem.

If everyone is entitled to their view, what's your issue with me expressing mine? Hit a bit too close to home?

Coldsteel33 - Jaglith and co really have the darkest of souls... willing Prem to fail and all that entails for the Zulu community... they glee in that kind of thing. And they would deny any and all progress as lies and spin. I worry for them as individuals! It is highly unlikely that they've been making much money because they've gotten all the big calls wrong... they go silent whilst they're panicking to close their short positions to minimise their losses and then reappear when the sp begins to turn. I'm very sure that they'll be panicking again very soon. Just hope that they'll realise that their approach here is way, way wrong... they need help!
