"Small acquisition" doesn't sound as if it's going to have a material impact... or will it? I'm sure that LK will be a little bit more careful in the future but I would hope that his confidence, ambition and enthusiasm isn't diminished by this week's response. I guess that, with what he's got in mind for CERP, it's difficult to keep a lid on the excitement!

at these levels. I was slightly disappointed with the bopd figs earlier in the week but, on reflection, LK and the team have made great progress and the potential is still very, very promising. I'm sure that the team are re-doubling their efforts to get that bopd figure running at the top end more often. I wondered whether LK really needs to be rolling up to Investor shows but, for me, he clearly has bigger ambitions for CERP. I'd be very happy to see other big investors on board. When you've got a good, ambitious, professional team, you don't want to be holding them back!

Hey goup - I'm a huge fan of LK and have done very well out of CERP since he took over, and I'll be holding on to my investment for a long, long time. I anticipate that the sp will multiply from this point... in time. I do hope that we won't turn into one of these boards where you can only say something positive or else you're classed as a troll! I'm simply pointing out that, for me, the update is disappointing because the bopd is only just hitting the company's own low case projection. I have no doubt LK and team are on the case.

Hey LGO - I've some sympathy with your point of view but the issue with this update is not our expectations, it's the delivery against the company's own projections. They are barely hitting the Low Case projection (might even argue that they are below it).

I agree - Koots is rebuilding and he's already significantly improved the company. As for expectations... looking back at the end of year presentation, we seem to be very close to the Low Case projection whilst some days are hitting the High Case projection. This does imply that there are days when the bopd is very low (apologies for stating the obvious here). No doubt LK and the team will be reviewing their attempts to get more oil out of the ground.

Looks like it's not going to be an amazing April after all. Disappointed with the avg bopd and the fact that there wasn't much change from Feb to Mar. More patience required!

LSE gave air time to LK yesterday was a real positive and seeing the increase this morning, whatever was said yesterday evening was positive and convincing! I wouldn't be surprised if we see the recovery to 3p in hours/days and back to 4p when the RNS is published. AIMHO

He's been in the job for long enough that any plan should have worked before now and even the Nissin engagement should be bearing fruit by now surely. Time for the chairman to step in and to make a change.

Perhaps, if LK put some of his own money in, we'd all have more faith that there is the kind of potential that he is alluding to!

So what benefit has there been in Nissin getting a chunk of pfd? Disappointing results!

Good move on no news (at least, none that we're hearing). No doubt that CA will be buying again but I hope that others are beginning to buy as well. Still some way to go in terms of making changes at JPR and in the sp - I'm expecting another jump when there is concrete news of a management shake-up and then another jump when we hear about a new strategy plus debt restructuring. I have a 40p target before I think of selling and, depending on when the shake-up, strategy and restructuring are announced, I could be increasing my target! GLA

I'm thinking that Orbis received an offer that they couldn't refuse. It's rather irritating though that there isn't any news about who has bought them yet. Relatively speaking, volume isn't high but there's been a significant movement. Let's hope we hear something soon about debt and future plans.

Last week's update could have been better but I think that disposal news and some news on restructuring should see the momentum swing upwards. Good start today. Fairly recent high of 24p would be a great staging post before Christmas.

I think SBRY's approach will ultimately end with some increase in value for us shareholders. If SBRY doesn't buy it, someone else will. Whether it's a supermarket or an Amazon, someone will see the value in it. I can see the logic in it being a fit for SBRY or another supermarket who has space to spare and a need for a good infrastructure. There must be huge value in rationalising the retail space that is out there.

Big holders are increasing their stakes in ASC this week. Bestseller has now gone over 28%. Something seems to be happening. Rumours of a takeover might not be too far from the truth.

The bounce has continued today plus we've got a director buying. Still plenty of mileage in this to 200p and above again!

Good bounce back from today's low, good broker recommendations and a major holder has gone above 5%. Looking good for a longer term recovery and I guess that a takeover is not out of the question either.
