I've done the same, Strongman.

What was reassuring to me last week was that the delay was requested by the gov't and not GR. To me, this looks like GR has everything in place ready to move into action once he has the signature.

I agree Strongman but just step forward a few months (assuming that GR does deliver this first phase) - the bigger money comes when the Circum IPO is done and the Zulu DFS is complete.

This morning looks as if traders are trying to create dips - attempting to pick up a couple of per cent along the way... risky business!

I share your scepticism regarding GR but all the signals are looking good just now. We've suffered from a lack of a reasonable plan and a lack of confidence and trust in GR. His credibility has been at zero - if he pulls this off then it will be a massive turnaround. It's still a bet but the odds are looking way better.

I wouldn't be surprised to see 0.3 today and depending how far the RNS goes next week, we could see anywhere between 0.5 and 0.8 (aimho, of course). If he has something concrete to say about Circum then we're even further north.

I agree CF73 - the last thing that GR should do is to do another placing (I've lost track of whether he's got any headroom to do that). Any deals that he's doing needs to include enough cash to avoid any placements. And, if Circum is 3-6 months away, he will surely do a deal with that in mind.

Going back to last Nov/Dec, we were sitting pretty with RHA back on line, with a hope that Zulu would be progressing but with little confidence that Circum was going to happen anytime soon.

We've taken a couple of steps back but if GR is to pull off a JV deal that progresses RHA and Zulu then we can expect the sp to at least double from here (aimho!). If there is certainty about Circum happening then I'd expect a further boost in the sp - perhaps, another 50% on. Step forward a year with a profitable RHA but, more significantly, the next stage of Zulu complete then we will be well rewarded (again aimho)

If Circum can fund Zulu then I think that would be a better deal in the long run.

Earlier this year, I had lost all hope and trust in GR and I had given up hope of a price north of 1. I have to say that it is still very early days but I'm thinking that, possibly and with a following wind, I could regain the six figure loss I made on Prem!

The icing on the cake for me would be for GR to announce his retirement - that would also boost the sp! If GR sorts out the current mess then I think that he can rightfully sail off in to the sunset satisfied that it's a job well done!!

Agreed Haddad - now we need to hear about jv's, etc!

AIM is a leaky place so I wouldn't be surprised if someone hears something concrete before the rest of us!

It seems that the jungle drums have stopped and those with the inside track on Prem have gone silent! What's the score Strongman, CF73, et al?

FWIW, I think that we'll see some increased trading activity before we see the RNS - we're all hoping and praying that GR, this time, will come up with the goods. He's got to get it right at least once!

I'd usually be slating GR by now given that he has said that the deal would be done by the end of the month and there was the meeting with the MOM last week.

However, my view is that he is pulling together an announcement with a number of parts and co-ordinating that will be a bit of a job.

If he can't make the whole announcement tomorrow then he has to say something about RHA ownership - it would be pretty poor form to set a date and then let it go by with silence! For those who haven't been around that long on this board, though, this would be GR's usual MO!!

I'm hoping that we'll be hearing something tomorrow at the latest!

I'm surprised that we're not seeing more buys this afternoon. Doesn't look like anyone should be out of this over the weekend.

LockedIn - RHA has only been a drain so far. Even just before it was put on c&m, it was simply unconvincing that GR was going to make money out of it. The recent report hasn't done anything for me to increase that confidence.

The big money (and where lth's might recover a chunk of their paper losses) is in Zulu. Circum would be a hugely welcome bonus - if PREM doesn't need the cash from this then I'd suggest that GR returns the cash to holders in some way. I would be very nervous about GR going on a shopping spree!

Well, it's beginning to look like that I should be eating humble pie... there are now better signs that Circum will materialise in the not too distant future (I'm thinking in the next 3-6 months). I don't think RHA being resolved will have a massive impact BUT, if it is coupled with a way to progress ZULU, then I might get back to my peak investment in PREM.

The icing on the cake would be for GR's influence to be minimised by him stepping aside!

Phil has clearly pushed the right buttons to irritate you. FWIW, I think that the only thing that you're doing is highlighting the difference between investors and traders. I'd put you in the latter. Clearly, you want your agenda to dominate so that conditions are most amenable to your own goal (short term gain - I don't think that you've hidden that fact).

It matters to investors what happens over the longer term and anyone who has been interested in PREM for longer than a few months will know that THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE on their investment has been the performance of GR and it has been a disastrous performance.

So, when it comes to the recent rise (built around potential deals that haven't yet been confirmed), most of us will look at that with some scepticism because you don't seem to appreciate that we've been here before... several times. Given that the dominant negative here is GR himself, I reckon that it's perfectly valid for him to be criticised and for calls for him to go to be repeated. His departure in itself could see the sp rise significantly - in case, you weren't around at the time, he did promise at one stage that he would go!

Anyone, I think everyone is hoping for good news today/tomorrow.

Hate to say it but we have been here before and my fingers (as well as many others) are still recovering from the severe burns from GR's mismanagement. I'm not sure that my bank balance will ever recover, though. This is still a very risky situation.

Having said that, if GR pulls this off, the sp will multiply (risk and reward and all that!).

The sad truth is that GR should never have let the sp fall so far... putting that behind though, if he's got an announcement that covers RHA, Zulu and Circum then the sp should be multiplying.

I would think that the buying happened last week and folks are waiting for the RNS.

Despite my misgivings about GR, it does look as if something is up. I happen to believe Strongman's news of GR having a photo call with the gov't minister tomorrow. It would look pretty daft if it was only the handshake for the ownership deal (and the mine not actually opening again) so I reckon any news will include the ownership and the means to get RHA moving again.

If, as Mal is suggesting, there is also news of Circum shares being part of a finance deal then I reckon that there will also be news of Zulu.

And if that's the case then I can't see any need for any further dilution and it would be full steam on RHA and Zulu!! Not even sure that a jv would be needed if GR has got a reasonable price for Circum.

If there's anything that I've learnt in the last 18 months with GR, it is to expect the unexpected - funny thing is that the above would be totally unexpected!!

Still lots of ifs and buts... perhaps, best to wait until there is more concrete news!

I love a debate on morality! All of us end up being somewhat hypocritical though!

I've got a particular moral objection to shorting where someone with no interest in a company except to make money on it's demise borrows some shares to sell (but some of you might argue that I'm effectively shorting prem, having sold all my holding).

With regards to prem specifically though, I'd question GR's morality in continuing to take any salary at all!
