Microtan, unless you know GR very well, I don't think that you can say that GR would never disclose anything that is not in the public domain. I'm sure that you're familiar with the anger felt by many shareholders when GR indicated that he was not planning a placing one day, only for him to do a placing within days - not the actions of a man with 100% integrity.

His words now about RHA and those back in January don't quite match either. I get the impression that he believes that he's told us some things clearly but we still get surprised by his actions and decision making. Case in point - RHA being closed in January.

I did hear the video and listened to it again today and the words don't quite match - if anything, his comments to you indicate a better proposition than indicated in the video. Scale is important and significant.

Anyway, as you say, we have better things to do. Rough day today - apologies for getting personal!

So it looks as if you want to give people the impression that you've got the inside track, saying "GR told me" rather than simply refer to the video. I wonder why?

Sailing a bit close to the wind, I'd respectfully suggest! Whether it was an email, a phone conversation, a skype or any other form of communication from GR direct to yourself, no-one else is in the position to verify it and that's why the rule exists. It's not a question of your integrity, it is simply a pragmatic and useful rule to prevent manipulation and misleading, intentional or not. Hopefully, you'll desist in the future!

I'm with you randomfella1. GR's track record is not good when it comes to informing shareholders about what is and isn't going on. He has created a real mess. Whatever gloss he attempts to put on the situation or explanation he attempts to offer and whatever chink of light he offers, just remember that he has delivered zilch.
The main question is when will he step down? My money is on him not answering that question!!

I don't intend to report you but, perhaps, you can refer to the LSE's rules and ask yourself whether your posts contravene the rules around posting information from the Company. I can't verify them so I think that they could potentially be misleading.

Microtan - your access to GR is highly suspicious. Particularly, when everything you spout is positive.

As I said earlier, GR has no track record of delivering anything.

A Zulu deal this week? Next week? Next month? Next year? I doubt it!

And if he does have someone else lined up for Zulu, what kind of position is he in to negotiate any kind of deal that is going to be as good as or better than the KDNC offer?

GR simply doesn't have a track record of getting anything done. You're putting a positive spin on this CF73 but, in reality, the only positive news will be GR's resignation. Even if he can cobble some story together to give folks some hope regarding Zulu and/or RHA, I would encourage everyone to remember that it is still in his hands.

Another poor show from GR. I guess last week that he was hoping for some news to share. Clearly he doesn't!!

The order of RNS's is a tricky one - if they had done it the other way round then, perhaps, they would have needed to issue more shares and, therefore, dilute further.

Good to see that they're acting quickly and I'd anticipate more good news to follow in short order.

As others have pointed out many times, CF73, it's not the ownership of RHA which is key, it is whether GR can deliver a profit, and do so without further dilution.

The problem here, tedoby, is that any "facts" will be coloured by GR's track record in giving out info!

CF73/tedoby - I admire your ability to give GR the benefit of the doubt.

Take a step back to this time last year and ask yourself what has been achieved that has provided real progress (i.e. cash in the bank and some profit in our pockets). In fact, look back 2 or 3 years.

This latest shambles may not be directly GR's fault but he has failed to attract a partner (of the right calibre) or sufficient funding to enable Zulu to progress. Potentially a world class asset!

Now look forward and ask yourself how long it will take for the Zulu DFS to be completed. I'd suggest that it will be at least 2019 before we get it started, if at all!

Of course, some of you will say that it's AIM, it's Zimbabwe, it's Africa.The common denominator here is that GR has failed time after time after time.

Well, if it was KDNC's financial situation that pulled the rug from under this deal then I'd expect GR to come out today to declare that.

One other absolute dog of a share that I've been in and out of over the years (PET - Petrel resources) has shocked us all with a 100% plus rise today!!!!

So it is does happen - phoenix's do rise out of the ashes. Come on George, sort this out or move out - either way, we could see a 100% rise!

Jungmana - I reckon that GR expected the deal to go through and that he's been caught out. His RNS mentions giving us an update in the coming weeks so he clearly hasn't got a plan B... very poor.

I doubt if RHA is going to rescue the situation to a point where GR can take on the DFS himself. Only hope is Circum and ever since GR started to freely spend our money on it with an imminent IPO (which hasn't happened, just in case you've not noticed), I've wondered whether the Circum proposition is all above board.

I agree, Elmwood... none of this makes sense... except when you look at GR's history. He hasn't been able to do the deal on more than one occasion. As I said, I don't think that it's the assets - I think GR looks to maintain some form of control which potential suitors are rejecting.

I wrote off my investment in January after the RHA debacle and I'm back in that place again. GR doesn't appear to have a plan B.

The only hope is that we're surprised by an imminent Circum IPO (not likely in my books) or that he surprises us with a positive RHA update (I doubt the Zim gov't will be happy if he pulls a rabbit out of the hat there and this would be further evidence of his duplicity!).

Poor, poor show. It seems useless to do so BUT THE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH PREM IS GR... no-one wants to work with him.

The chairman, if he's worth his salt, needs to take action.

Problem is simonthezealot is that if he isn't willing to hand over to Cadence, he isn't going to step down. He'll be carried out in a box and our hard-earned investments will be buried with him.

This isn't the first time that GR hasn't been able to do the deal. I suspect that there is something about him that potential partners are baulking at. I doubt that the assets are the problem. I think that GR is looking to keep a controlling role and no potential partner wants that.

I just don't see how the fall to this level can be justified and it's at times like this that the FOOT bod should be out doing some media. It would also be good to see them buying themselves.

I don't think that the CEO is on maternity leave - my understanding was that she was back to her desk pretty quickly. Nevertheless, there's plenty of experience there to handle what could turn out to be a short term blip.
