SP is holding up well, imho.

Can we assume that the "bad" news is now out and that news going forward will be positive... despite the placing, I'm holding out for the sp to increase substantially once the Zulu news is out. There is serious money to be made here.

I agree oneandonly1 - he must have a buyer and they want the shares at this price before the Zulu news hits. He obviously has some favours to repay!

It will be interesting to find out who the new shares are going to at 0.18.

I think that they're going to his mates... he might be taking a few more himself - who are happy to shell out 0.18 in the full expectation that they can sell them on at a much higher price. It's a shady business but I'm still of the view that the sp will be much, much higher in a few days time.

I've been here over a year, Phillip1976, and I've lost a princely sum on PREM.

I invested because of Zulu and expecting a very positive RNS on this in days.

My views of GR are well documented on here... PREM would flourish and prosper in different hands!

I'm sticking by my recent assessment - the fundraising is positive and allows PREM to re-start RHA without giving it away. I'm relieved that he is only using part of what he has available.

After all, this is not unexpected!

Personally, RHA has been sitting idle for 8 months and another few days may not have made a big difference to getting it re-started but it could have made a huge difference to how many shares GR was going to place.

As well as GR, I'd be asking the rest of the board and especially Foster, why they've allowed this to go through now!

marineville - I think we'll hear about Zulu earlier than Friday. KDNC have their webinar scheduled for Friday at 10am and an AGM in a couple of weeks. I sense that we'll get an RNS this week some time - it would be good practice to give investors a couple of days or so to digest news before getting to a webinar, don't you think?

Oh and I can't see them having a webinar to explain why they are not investing in Zulu!!! So I think that it's shaping up to be a very good week indeed.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the sp above 0.35 when the Zulu RNS is released.

The big news is still to come this week. KDNC have a webinar lined up and it ties in with the timescale for having their due diligence on Zulu completed.

I think so, Charlie and their AGM is in a couple of weeks too. So this is tying in with the completion of their due diligence on Zulu. I'm thinking announcement this week, followed by webinar to take questions and then their AGM to get approval!

It's lining up nicely for Zulu.

On RHA, I had given up on GR keeping to time!

I agree, Garnheim. LK is building a much bigger company than CERP was and he's a man in a hurry... I reckon that there's plenty going on that we don't know about.

Ross's suggestion that Steeldrum was somehow a knee jerk reaction couldn't be further from the truth.

Garnheim - thanks for the posts this morning. This is the info that Rossannan is choosing to ignore to further his own agenda (NB he now thinks we'll go sub 3p - he really does need to put his money where his mouth is and short CERP).

He has no idea on current expenditure and current bopd... so all his guesswork on his trajectory is misleading and he is misrepresenting LK and the team big time!

Now that he's got money to burn, he could miss the boat - given all the fronts that LK has open, an announcement could come at any time.

I didn't think that I would be feeling optimistic about prem again but I'm relieved that we're at where we're at. For me, the fundraising option is good. Looking forward to some positive, concrete news on RHA and Zulu now.

I disagree petersakeld - he needs to be called out for what he is. I've never found silence to be an acceptable approach to anyone who is attempting to manipulate and take advantage of others.

How can the trajectory be clear when you have no up to date information on expenditure and production, and haven't had any for the last 6 weeks? You have no current information on the Steeldrum performance either. You are attempting to present your view as fact and it is not. At best, it is a guess.

You've implied that the sp will fall to 3p - that looks like more than enough to short - or is your insecurity shining through again?

I think that 99.9% of people here would agree that LK has been more open and honest than any other CEO on AIM but you choose to call him disingenuous to suit your own needs.

Put your money where your mouth is and short CERP... if you've already done that then be man enough to admit it!
