I'd be fairly certain that Tempest will be one of the 13 or 14 companies interested in Zulu given they still have a holding.

Can't see that kind of rumour shifting the sp enough to make it worth trading. It could be that our new COO is beginning to make his mark though... and I would take that as a positive!!

One would hope that NH will turn his attention to Prem and Zulu soon. Atlantic Lithium seems to be sorted and is up 50% in the last month. If he can do a similar deal with Zulu then the sp should rocket.

Johnny/Welshy - thanks for your views. Totally agree that RHA and/or MNH will muddy the water and I do hope that they will be put to bed. Pleasantly surprised that there's a scenario where you see the sp trebling this year! Personally, I'd be hoping for way more for 10% of Prem!

Well put, Bick - of course, it would be difficult put a value on how much the sp has been dragged down ALREADY due to RHA and MNH (and Zulu delays) but I'd suggest that it's already in the 10's of millions. I take some comfort that the likes of JG are exerting their influence... not sure about SK's group... if it's true that they now hold over 50% of the shares then they can clearly wield some influence over GR!?!

hope you believe me when I say that I appreciate everyone's comments... I share some of your views on GR and the lack of progress so far but I do wonder how you see the next 12 months going and when you expect Prem to deliver a return on your investment?

Anyone who has been following PREM for the last 4 or 5 years will know that I'm not GR's biggest fan BUT I am optimistic (even confident!) that we're going to see a pay day soon.

The wait isn't good for the old ticker especially when RHA raises its ugly head. I hope GR has some sort of arrangement with the MoM that either allows him to get an off-take deal or allows him to sell it. Otherwise, it has to be written off. Any funds must go in to Zulu and the EPO area.
As for assay results being deliberately delayed... I guess we've seen it all with GR so it might be a remote possibility but I still think that it's all to do with the impact of Omicron... that excuse can't be credible for much longer though... and getting enough results to do the resource upgrade.
Whilst many folk on here now question Snowking's contribution, I value it... I take anything written on here with a pinch of salt but I'd rather hear what they're hearing.
Remember that it's just under 2 weeks when GR did one of his best interviews that I've see him do... he was relaxed and sounded more confident than ever. Communication has improved... not perfect but it's better than it's been in the last 5 years! We've got a PR lady and a COO so we're taking some small steps forward. However, we do need to know what's happening with those pesky assay results!!!!

I hate it when we hear anything about RHA or MNH!

We really need to see positive assay results and funding (a deal) for Zulu before we countenance any resource/funds going to RHA. If the business case is solid then surely an off-take agreement would be achievable... I'd rather get it sold than do anything with it.

Just watching CNBC and PREM trades are showing again on the ticker at the bottom of the screen... anyone know how CNBC decide what to show? Do they have some sort of list of spotlight shares that they report?

I believe that the lab is still being impacted by Omicron but I'm not sure what to make of GR visiting RHA when he's got all these deals to assess and negotiate... could he be so confident on a deal that he can have a day out at RHA ?

I'm sure that our friends will be back and I wouldn't want to draw any line between them not posting and the fate of PREM.

Have to say that the assay results are dragging - even taking account of Omicron and the closure of the lab. I think GR said that they had opened again just after Christmas but, perhaps, they've had to close again... anyone know?

Whilst I'm keen to retain as much of Prem as possible, I wouldn't be surprised if there was an offer to take out PREM.
CEO's who are on the hunt for Li will have seen what was paid for a Li company in Zim and they'll be looking at the price of Li, and some will conclude that it could be a good move to secure Zulu plus the EPO area... I reckon they will want to see more concrete evidence of grades, etc first (which isn't too far away now) but if Zulu can attract a price of £3-400m, what price the EPO area... as the grades are released, I hope that we'll see the sp move not just to reflect the value of Zulu but I expect to reflect something of the value of the EPO area too.
If that happens then we could see some interesting offers. Will CEO's sit and watch the value of Prem multiply or will they make moves sooner rather than later? I'm sure some will make a move for all of Prem.
If (and it's still a big if) Zulu values at the level above then I wouldn't be surprised if we got an offer of £1billion.

I hope not Infinity - I wouldn't accept anything under £1 billion for all of Prem even at this early stage. If Zulu can be valued at £300-400m this year (which might still be cheap later in the year) then consider what value you could put on the EPO area if we get some evidence that there are some large deposits of Lithium there!!

This is purely my guesswork but I think that GR wanted to still be in charge. It's different this time round because of the sums involved, the parties involved and, of course, if he gives up Zulu he still has the EPO area and the rest of PREM to play with.

Cherry, it's indicative of where we are with GR that you ask "Do you honestly believe....."!!! Hey ho!
My own thoughts are that I think 14 parties have enquired about Zulu. At least one (possibly more) has visited Zulu and is doing/has done due diligence. I believe that there's at least one NDA related to this. (The article on Liontown clearly shows that there's a mad scramble for Lithium and that bids were submitted without the bidders visiting the area.) I reckon that GR has had or will get serious offers very soon.
I agree that there won't be a JV unless a potential partner takes a majority stake or if GR steps aside - I'd be happy with that. An offtake would be OK too.
The scramble for Lithium suggests to me that some will make offers well before any DFS has been completed - risky for the potential partner but every interested party will have been monitoring PREM for months if not years and will be well aware of the history and the current position.

I ask myself the same, Johnny.
I guess one thing is attitude to risk from an investors point of view. We still don't have concrete info about how much is in the ground and the quality. Once that info starts rolling, some will invest. I guess that there's an army of folk who are dipping in and out (trading) just now and they will begin to invest.
I still think the main stumbling block is GR... he's not covered himself in glory! There will be many investors who will not touch a company with someone like GR in charge... the lack of progress, poor communication, unclear strategy, dodgy decisions, etc, etc. The appointment of a COO helps and will get us closer to that tipping point where the progress and positive news outweighs anything which GR does. Somewhere along the line, GR won't be in charge - if we get more corporates investing, he'll need to go, if we get a jv, he'll need to go, if someone buys the whole of Prem, he'll obviously be out. I hope that there will be a change at the top this year.

Excellent article, Snowking - this should be a must read for anyone investing in or thinking about investing in Prem. I hope GR has read it too.
It clearly demonstrates the scramble for Lithium and the meteoric rise in a company's value that could happen to Prem ($14million to $3.5billion in a few years). Anyone who thinks that some of us are ramping excessively should read this article... there's some way to go undoubtedly but I think that we're sitting on a once-in-a-century opportunity. Somehow, GR has managed to stumble in to being in the sweet spot not just for Zulu but for the EPO area as well.

Yes, should see a turnaround with the sp rising into the announcement of assay results plus the possible deal.

I think yesterday's drop shows that Prem is still very much a trading share. I'm not sure what ETX are up to. Do the sums and they had a holding prior to the last issue of shares. Was that from the August issue? If so, why were they holding newly issued shares for so long? I've suspected that there's been a bot doing small sells all day long for months now. Has that been ETX? If they're now selling tens or hundreds of millions at a time then it's clear that there are big buyers out there.
The issue of new shares through an organisation like ETX is an area that I'm ignorant of - if anyone can shed any light on it, I'd be grateful.
