Johnny - I've been invested for more than 4 years so this current malaise isn't a huge surprise but, if there has been some shenanigans between GR and his mates in the past, it could be that this will be their last hurrah before the sp does take off and GR has no further control???

One has to wonder why GR is content to allow the sp to drift like this? He could be saying something to reassure holders but he chooses not to... I can fully understand those who think that he does this to allow his "mates" to buy more at a cheaper price. Am I being too optimistic in thinking that the reason for the silence is because he's buried under a pile of very generous offers?
Should I be reassured or uneasy that the Pandora Group members are mostly silent and not jumping to GR's defence as fervently as before?
I've been hoping and praying for some time that news would start to flow that would outweigh the negatives here... unfortunately, we're still in this twilight zone where nothing is clear!!
If there is to be no RNS before Christmas, GR has to get some info out - perhaps, he should hold some sort of online Q&A session again?

This all reminds me of how things were before the potential deal with Cadence was announced. Silence on pretty much everything from GR for a few weeks - of course, this time we have the Pandora Group and there's silence from them too. I think that there is definitely something brewing and that GR has been gagged by potential partners. There is plenty that he could be "leaking" but there's nothing other than an expectation of an RNS.
It's not a time to be sitting on the sidelines.

Not so sure about news tomorrow but I reckon that an initial deal to fund the DFS is coming along very soon. If anything, the ALL/Piedmont arrangement shows that there's an appetite to do deals before all the i's are dotted.

There's been enough time for the lab to sort whatever crusher issue they had so I wouldn't be surprised that we get some results in the next week - could be tomorrow, who knows?

I simply can't see GR buying anymore MNH at this level - it would be a game changer for most holders and GR wouldn't survive - so I don't see that happening any time this year.

Perhaps, we'll see the appointment of a COO but, if there's a deal being done, I suspect the potential partner will want their own team running the show.

What is very interesting is how much Piedmont paid for a 10% stake without the DFS being completed!!!

Currently, our market cap is roughly 1/5 of ALL's mc with the hope/expectation that we have 5 x more resource in the ground (and we're not talking about gold or anything else).

It would be very, very interesting to get an insight from Neil Herbert about his views on where PREM is at and GR's performance/delivery.

They also appear to be at DFS stage but are further on.
And our chairman, Neil Herbert, is also their chairman!!!

Shiny - if that was the case then there would certainly be radio silence. Simply can't imagine that GR would leak that to anyone.
There has been an absence of any "imminent" news from SK et al at a time when we're expecting plenty of news. I'm thinking that there could be something major coming that GR has been forced to keep quiet.
I'd be happy giving up 10% for £10m at this stage.

Anyway, it's the convention on these boards not to give advice... best to be clear that you're only offering an opinion!

Bex - what qualifies you to give this sort of financial advice? Have you got liability insurance if I take this advice and it turns out to be bad advice?

Acker - I reckon any deal for Zulu will include GR having to move aside (at a minimum moving aside at Zulu but probably moving aside from PREM altogether)... even if it is for just 10%... not only that, I doubt any potential partner would want any other part of PREM so the deal will only be for a part of Zulu... and, if the potential partner has any sense, they will contractually oblige any funds to be spent on Zulu and nothing else.
The above might sound negative but I think even the smallest deal will boost the sp if it includes GR having to relinquish some of his authority!

Don't think that it's got anything to do with luck, We know that the stuff is in the ground - it's just a matter of time before we win from this. If GR doesn't do something decent with it, someone else will and GR will be tucked up in a retirement home.

I think you could be right, Bick... one might expect GR to be once bitten/twice shy and wouldn't go near MNH but hey ho!!!

Yep Johnny - he did a fundraise explicitly for the Zulu DFS but then decided the money was better spent buying more of Circum... the Circum liquidity event was imminent... I kid you not!
As for good news this year - we live in hope! I still can't fathom how GR is paying for stuff... the only possibility of any income is from MNH??? Has MNH turned around?

johnny - I invested 4 years ago on the expectation of a DFS being done 2017/2018 but he spent the money on Circum instead!!! Think about where we might be if he had done the DFS then!!
Anyway, I'm sure like others, I've got a list of things/events that are lined up - they just need to be getting done and announced and then we can see the sp motoring. The longer these delays go on, the more I am inclined to think that the only way to get anywhere near the kind of return most of us think is possible is for a JV to happen sooner rather than later. If GR can't get a DFS done without mishap, what chances are there that he can get a mine operational in any reasonable timescale? Unfortunately, potential suitors will know this!
We need a few months of decisive action and delivery starting this month... I'm still holding and hopeful!
It's interesting that we're not getting any "leaks" from the Pandora Group - the PR lady may well have put a stop to that and/or GR needs to play ball with potential suitors and stop briefing the chosen few.

Welshy - I agree... it's not the right time. The next best thing to having GR removed is to exert some influence over him. I believe JG will have made clear his views on some things. Unfortunately, the Pandora Group seem to think that everything GR does is tremendous and I guess they don't want to upset him in case their alleged leaks stop.
GR could shift the sp himself tomorrow by saying something like "we will not buy anymore MNH" or "we will only consider buying MNH once the PREM market cap is £100m"... there is plenty that he could be saying/doing just now to shift the sp higher!

MNH is clearly not a small issue - we really need GR to clear this up. This is one of the key things holding back the sp.
Why can't you use your significant influence to get GR to sort this mess out? Like 1 or 2 others, I think that it's unlikely that he'll fundraise for MNH at this level but I don't think the market believes that.

It seems volume is up and the sp is up today - maybe there's something coming "imminently".

On the one hand, I'd be flabbergasted if GR took any more of MNH without the PREM sp being substantially higher... on the other hand, I wouldn't be surprised. I think that it was Acker that said that we really should get an RNS on MNH... I guess if the terms of the loan arrangement have not been kept to then we should get a RNS. Given that there hasn't been one, can we assume that the terms have been kept to and that GR has some cash in the bank now to keep things moving?

On a broader point, it seems that, currently with Li, it is a seller's market so GR may well be able to secure an off-take agreement to build the mine - he has never been in such a strong negotiating position! He would be in an even stronger position if he had a clear and achievable plan for the DFS plus a plan for building and funding the mine without another party needing to fund it.

Even in my most negative days, I reckon that this will hit 2p... just need the momentum of good news to build. My exit will be somewhere north of 5p!
