Another leg up!!

Profitbags - I picked up from some news report the other day that things were entering the end game. Is that what GR means? It might get a lot uglier there but one side seems to have an upper hand. Desperately sad situation!

For those of us who had thought that there was a small chance that there might be some sort of deal/merger between PREM and Circum, this update puts that notion to rest... a positive!

Well it's edging forward and if there had been no conflict going on then the update would have been a boon. As it stands, it makes no difference to us or the sp until the conflict is over.

Acker - the silence is very frustrating but, this time, I think it's because GR has some sort of gagging order on him. I'm very hopeful that we'll get an announcement that gives the market more confidence about the roadmap to getting the DFS done... not because of GR but because there's another party being brought on board.
Whilst there are no big buys to indicate an imminent positive RNS, there are no big sells either. In fact, it seems that the pesky small sells of less than a million have been holding the sp increase back for a while ... read into it as you will!?!

johnny - yes, the order in which things are done and news is given can be critical. GR is in a stronger position than ever to negotiate a good deal... couple that with good grades plus a good plan to accelerate the DFS and I can see the sp at least doubling. Everyone is waiting for a wee bit more certainty. With the right news, I can see us hitting 1p within weeks of the good news. Goodness, if GR was to also step aside... well, we'd be looking at at least a 10 bagger from where we are now!!

There is plenty of money sitting on the sidelines waiting for the right news.

It's a bit unusual for PREM to have so many days creeping up.... big news this week, I think and we'll see the sp re-rate. Fully expected a fundraise about a month ago and my thoughts on this (and the silence) is that GR is behind closed doors doing some sort of deal to fund and accelerate the DFS. This should blast off with some half decent news.

Alert - Zulu is an absolute monster, isn't it? One has to look beyond the notion of GR selling Zulu once the DFS is done. Maybe he splits it into multiple assets/mines and PREM keeps a 49% minority stake of each to allow the professionals in.

The Zim factor is an interesting one... I would hope to retain some holding in PREM or whatever comes after for decades (or at least as long as I am spared!!). I'd hope/expect Zim to be a different place in 3, 5, 10, 15 years time. The big boys will have a long term view too ... Western companies will take that long term view and will certainly not step aside to let the Chinese sweep up.

And we're still only talking about Lithium (did you hear Ford are doubling the number of EV's in the next couple of years?)... what about the gold and anything else in the ground?

Just speculating - an alternative reason for the silence from GR on any front is that he may have a gagging clause whilst negotiating a deal.
Quite apart from drilling results, Acker reminded us that the MNH situation had a deadline this week but we've not heard anything. It's been a number of weeks since GR referred to a new COO being appointed but no news on that either... granted, GR doesn't rush but my understanding is that he was negotiating start dates... maybe the potential partner wants to bring in their own team. Circum - still silence!

Spoke too soon!

Hoping for a blue week, Acker and, as you say, volumes haven't been anything special this week but the price has risen. Sentiment and expectation could now be changing... with some positive RNS's, we could see some significant moves in the sp in the run up to the end of the year.
GR has never had such a compelling case... it's all stacking up in his favour with li prices increasing, lots of interested parties plus the eco/green message beginning to get through to western consumers. Let's see those positive drilling results and then it's blast off!

Bick - you've just set out the case for getting a partner in to get the DFS done. I'm much more leaning towards that as the way forward. My own opinion is that GR realised this a few months ago and is actively working on getting a deal done.

Have to say though that if we have verified results in the next day or 7 then that is much, much earlier than I expected... still no where near where progress should be but I reckon that there's a big announcement coming that is more than drilling results.

crystal/dukey - fully understand that you're fed up with GR and his antics. There is always news due on Prem but I'm happy to say that I'm pretty confident that news over the next few weeks will be good, if not very good. If GR is looking to do any kind of deal, any partner will insist on him having less of a role going forward... good news for us and the sp. Any partner will likely want the DFS accelerated... good news for us and the sp. Most of us are expecting that the drilling results due will be around what has already been published - good news for us and the sp. I understand that GR has been left in no doubt that a deal on MNH will not be received well and might have consequences for him personally.
Progress to date has been so, so frustrating but the tipping point is almost here.

Looks like we're heading for another positive day... clearly there are some folk who want out and are selling on these little spikes... imho, the sp is going to continue the climb back up and if they sold a few hours or days later, they'd see a much bigger return.

Anyone want to share anything that they've heard?
My guess is that there's news about funding the DFS. (whether it is another dilution or a smart deal, it's good news and means that there won't be any disruption to the DFS) and future management... will it be a new COO or a complete change at the top?????
