This is very good news!

I tend to read more than comment lol - Well, it would be good if FG were to come up with the goods and soon. With competition like Intel and mining companies hungry for better tech, we don't want to get left behind.

We need a real and tangible breakthrough and very soon...

We also need to see a positive outcome of the share buy back from FG this month and not another delay. His couple of interviews recently sure look good, but we need action.

We could really do with some sort of response from FG regarding how we intend to smash the competition, who are ploughing on regardless with new ways to speed up mining and lower costs.

ARGO are now implementing the Intel® Blockscale™ ASIC in Texas and it looks increasing likely that the company that they intend to assist in mining Bitcoin for (at a 25% cut) is RIOT Blockchain who recently stopped mining due to energy shortages. We could even see a merger of these two giants in the near future and with Intel likely to improve further the speeds and power consumption of their chip, we could be left 'developing' behind the curve for a long time.

Maybe FG and the team should be focusing on working towards merging our tech with an existing and thriving miner?

I think the main issue we have with the board is that they are under no obligation to report how well or how bad investee companies are doing and they are playing that to their advantage in my view. Only at such time as yearly and half yearly result time do they break silence and even then they seem ambiguous about how well the investee companies are doing, with phrases like:

"It is the Board's view that the valuation of SatoshiPay may have increased significantly since the last fund raise given the operational progress of Pendulum."

The last evaluation of SatoshiPay was 3 years ago, they should be evaluating once a year. I'm sure they ARE interested, but don't want to tell the market for some reason. One can easily assume a sinister intention.

Lew seemed happy to release an RNS last year as the share price rose to an (obviously uncomfortable) all time high, but nothing to support shareholders with further news.

We could always call a shareholder meeting. By law they have to do it. All we need is a group of shareholders with at least 5% holding in the company. We know of two people with at least 20% between them.

In preparation for the meeting, we table a list of things we want to know and for it to be published publicly. Should that not be completed to our satisfaction, we call another and another...

We need to hold Lew to account, his approach to this business is less than abysmal.

Gazzel - So long as the private equity offer is at least 0.6p per share. We're worth at least that with the known valuations.

Yes Gazzle, there is definitely some conflict of interest and self serving going on with Lew. He really is not best placed to be in the position he is in on the BOD.

@ Gazzleberry - I think Bitcoin being the first mainstream crypto currency is regarded as the yard stick for all other cryptos and tokens. This I feel is misplaced. While companies like QBT and ARB aim to mine Bitcoin and the value of it reflects in their share price. BLU's investment in a payment mechanism by way of a stable token is pretty much removed from Bitcoin or any other crypto. The only tie in being it's not FIAT. I think the sooner the market realises the potential and the difference the better.

Now, if only the BLU BOD could provide regular updates on the progress of their (our) investments we'd all feel more confident. That said, one day, there will be no escaping the obvious. It's just a shame the BOD are not as enthusiastic as we are.

Personally I feel that there will no rush to appoint a new NED. We need one that brings more than just substance to the table, but a real reason to re-engage those share holders who have lost some faith. The unfortunate death of Mr Eccles has brought a silver lining, in that freezing of trading has provided an opportunity to re-focus as well as a sad loss.

Probably a good thing we're suspended here at the moment. It prevents anyone selling to jump in to 'GST' who are seeing a 40% rise today, with more to come. Hopefully when we do open back up, GST traders will want to put their cash in here from their profits. Everything for a reason!

FG is a bit of a gamble to say the least. The companies he is director of are a combined 30 Million in debt. Will he pull this one off, only time will tell, but with each RNS, this is looking more and more like a sham. QBT are also low on funds, so a dilution is on the cards. Another lifestyle company, who knows....

@pinkpudycat - He / She is like a jinx. Every time he / she bigs VAL up the share price goes down.

Selling shares in Guild is what we as shareholders wanted when we voted down their intended dilution at the AGM. If further dilution hadn't been voted down, we'd probably be looking at an RNS today stating issuance of even more shares in BLU and a share price of 0.12p lol

Muscles12 - You really need to control yourself. So what if they are a "lifestyle company" as you call it. They can not do a placing, they have little control over the investee companies, so with no return from those, their so called (by you) lifestyle ends. OK, it would be nice to have a valuation on Satoshipay and a sale of Dynasty, but ranting on a free message board isn't going to get you anywhere. You're just unwanted noise.

With regard to Lew. As I understand it he takes remuneration in shares. I could be totally wrong about that, but I'm sure that's what I've seen at some point.

If Lew is taking remuneration in shares, then currently £2000 equates to roughly 1 Million shares. My point being, the lower the share price is, the more shares he gets and absolutely zero motivation to want to convey how well investee companies might be doing, as effectively it means less shares for him. Then come stage 'exit Lew', a flurry of RNS's with information to enhance the shares price.

Like I say, maybe I heard wrong about the way Lew is paid and yes, maybe I'm being very cynical.
