Jon, just to give you a little insight in to an AIM fund raise. If this was the choice of the board, the SP would most likely end up at around 0.7p to 0.8p with a full uptake of the shares offered. If there was no uptake on the shares offered the n significantly less.
I think the fact that FG has at this stage told us that this is likely (where no other AIM share I've been invested it has mentioned it) is almost a forgone conclusion, unless the money rolls in from the court case. In addition, we will most likely win the court case and get a judgment. However, payment of that judgment is another thing. If the losing party has no money, it means nothing.
PAS14, I admire your positivity in what you're repeating, but to face facts, when a director says it might be bad, it's generally worse. We have a director here who is 30,000,000 in debt, who I bet by the middle of October will release an RNS stating another extension to the share buy back, or worse...
I hope I'm wrong...
