With what's been talked about on Telegram. Should that come to fruition, this could easily be one of the best investments of recent years. Many multiples of where we are now. 5x, 10x or even 20 to 30x is possible if Vortex is proven. Don't expect this overnight though.

One thing I'm now seeing reading between the lines however, is that when BLU tried to sell its share of Satoshipay a few years ago, there WAS interest, but no sale. Was this because whoever was interested at the time wanted the entire beast, not just BLU's share? Hence Meinhard Benn buying in big style. Time will tell, but I'm holding on to these withering tickets to see what becomes of this.

Should the accounts not be published to Companies House or PR1 not inform Companies House of the reason for the delay, PR1 will be dissolved and all assets become property of the Crown. Nothing for us and nothing for the BOD.

Well, so long as they've also explained the situation to Companies House, the 'Winding Up' order should be retracted. Now to keep an eye on Companies House to ensure that happens.

At his point the NOMAD is jointly liable for the poor communication and ensuring the company is doing the right thing. Should a final notice to strike off be issued by Companies House due to no action, I feel a "Letter Before Action" be presented to the NOMAD outlining a claim against them should they not act immediately. The NOMAD is there for a reason, that is to prevent a situation like this.

I emailed the company CEO & NOMAD yesterday morning. Still no reply from them.

Clearly with the Companies House strike off notification, not only us but the BOD lose everything if they don't spring in to action very soon.

Absolutely no communication is not a good look!

Hopefully they get their finger out and contact Companies House. A stay of execution only needs to be asked for and a valid reason provided. We would hope they know what's going on and the implications of doing nothing.
