You have serious issues buddy. Get yourself sorted before it's too late. Obsessing over other peoples financial decisions in this way is quite manipulative. If this were a relationship, you'd be committing a crime.
Your ultimate obsession is the word "Immediately". Clearly, in this case due diligence is required on behalf of the FCA etc, so while "Immediately" in the day to day world of popping to ASDA means "right here right now", this can't possibly be the case when there are procedures to follow. Also, due to the fact this share is regulated, the "Immediate" intention has to be made known. It's the law!
