We're definitely being held back by the uncertainty of why PRIM sold their share against the will of the PR1 lock in agreement, apparently in breach of AIM rules.
I've seen something similar before, where an AIM company has purposely caused an AIM suspension upon itself whilst in the process of taking itself private. This obviously caused private investors to be locked in and be royally shafted with no way to trade shares. With PRIM buying back its own shares this is a credible possibility over there.
Should PRIM RNS its intention to go private and soon after become suspended on AIM, it will be just like I've seen happen before and fallen victim to.
Obviously this may well not be the case with PRIM and I hope no investors are shafted by them if it turns out that way. Just a possible scenario that I've seen before.
