Jon. ARGO aren't "giving" £24M worth of shares, they are selling them to raise capital.

I've always thought RIOT mining was the partner to be hosted. However RIOT are not short of mining machines, so possibly little need to buy new ones. The fact a company is purchasing new machines eludes to a company that doesn't currently own any.

Interesting paragraph from ARB's RNS today.

"B. Sale of Mining Machines

In addition, the Company has signed an agreement to sell to a third party 3,400 new in box Bitmain S19J Pro machines, representing ~340 PH/s of total hashrate capacity, for cash proceeds of £6.0 million ($6.8 million). Argo will host these machines for the third party at Helios pursuant to a hosting services agreement that includes a profit sharing arrangement."

Buying at these levels is a no brainer. The business, if liquidated today is worth in cash terms at least double the share price. That is a fact. Anyone selling at this price is either clueless or needs the cash for something.

Absolutely - Ignore it and it goes away... Eventually. It will continue to attempt to engage, but just ignore it. The more it's ignored, the more frustrated it become. A pig in 5hit dying to be wrestled PMSL!

Gazzle - What's your take on how Tony is to be remunerated? According to the change of directorship RNS he has no BLU shares. Also in the Vox interview he states no fund raise for at least 3 years, but we know cash is relatively thin on the ground to last that long. Personally, I'd like to see him get some skin in the game. Surely he has to in order to get paid at some point? Unless he's awarded on the performance of the company strategy?

Absolutely Colin. It's about time we had some attention on this share. Lew just didn't care and did the bare minimum. Like you say though, he was quick to dish out a speeding ticket. Rightly so I suppose, but with all of the other info lacking, no updates, and with redundant investments still listed on the website etc, it all seemed a bit one sided.

Onwards on upwards! Just a waiting game now, but I feel based on the great companies some of the investees are, all will come good. Hopefully the other share we're both invested in will too ;-)

You really need to get your feet back on the ground. Talk yesterday of 10,000 miners that QBT might own etc. Have you took the time to read the company records. 10,000 miners would certainly be showing under assets. Maybe they bought them with the bit coin they've mined, but they don't want to tell the market yet.... PMSL
