IJT, Should it turn out, that in the new year, that all we have to look forward to is possibly some sort of share of Hammerhead when it comes to Guyana, then just how far is the share price going to fall in the foreseeable future? I've had fun playing this stock in the past - it's always had some direction worth the risk, but things seem to be getting more vague every day as far as Guyana goes. Of course this may end up being a huge buying opportunity come New Years. Cheers!

8 cents CAD is the all time low in my experience, still, it'll be a great opportunity for those still sitting on the fence.

Thanks for the financial reply. However, I'm looking at 75 next year, and Orinduik is getting harder to 'focus' on these days. Why wouldn't Exxon just wait us out, or are we going to hope for more patience from the Guyanese government? Exxon could offer us a fair buyout after which we could focus on 3 and 4B but I'm convinced Gil would not go that route preferring to ride out whatever comes down the pike in Guyana.

Justathought, Exxon's "FID is expected in the second half of 2025"- we'll soon be half way through the 3rd quarter.

This along with Momur's post "committing to drill one Cretaceous-targeted exploration well before the license expires on January 13, 2026" is a little close isn't it mates? I'm not pearl-clutching just yet, but there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency on the part of Eco. Chime in if I have the dates wrong, I'm getting a little long in the tooth, but I'm still in the 500 Club.

Venezuela produces mostly heavy, sour crude, so does Alberta. The US may be looking to replace both of those sources and Orinduik is a great place to start. Before Trump's shenanigans, I had written off Eco's interest in Guyana, this recent business has me interested once again. GLA

Why not wait until the 7p mark.

Currently 8.4p on the TSX today. That on 1.2M shares which is extraordinary considering much of the recent past only a few thousand have been traded daily. Somebody may have found something better to do with their money or is it just fatigue.

We won't like it, but I won't be buying before 7p. Maybe it is in fact a time for change.

A good time for Gil to get the ball rolling on the Hammerhead question - it's up to the government to determine the percentage to be allotted to Eco. Any discussion though could bring up the favourable terms Eco was given so very long ago. Still, best clear the decks for any possible suitors.

I apologise for posting in a hurry, and see where my abbreviated post might have come across in a negative light whilst my intention was to emphasise Foresight22's post. It's inexplicable why we haven't been picked off by Chinese, Indian, Spanish, American etc etc ... As much as I've been a GH backer for over a dozen years I'm beginning to wonder if it isn't time for a change. There must be/have been interested parties, is he asking/expecting too much. I'd be happy with 2 GBP, 3 USD or 4 CAD even if it comes up short for a place in the Cotswold. Cheers Mate!
