Hopefully our new CEO brings his CFO! I voted against a couple of reappointments in May last year but was in overwhelming minority, around 2%.

After a better H2 performance we now need 50% increase to get to July SP highs. The revenue is not catastrophic but low(er) than expected demand for landscaping products is surprising, e.g. government contracts could help a lot. What's up with construction & renovation they promised?

Is there any consensus how PIs are voting?

Not at all, Tiger. As a plc they must operate transparently and that is one thing you don't want as it will be a huge blow for reputation

The developments around Kenya suggest that they're not going to pay and expect to get their oil for free, that is when Tullow walks after the exploration rights expire. In the meantime, those blocks are liabilities costing us 10s of millions. I'm convinced that Total and Africa Oil wouldn't have abandoned the project if there was a half decent chance to get it to production. It's far from the coast, there's no infrastructure, no rail, no refineries, no nothing!

The SP was below 1 quid when new ceo started at RR, look where it is now. We also need clarity, communication, fresh vision and ideas.

Could be the delayed gas payments. Also, Kenya is uninvestable and it worries me that it will be hard to sell even with an FDP. I don't believe in pipelines from South Sudan or other unrealistic infrastructure projects.

@TankerQ, unfortunately, bears have got a firm grip on this stock and PIs cannot change the tide regardless of value. No doubt that 23p is great value on paper. However, the free float quantity has to be reduced significantly and there has to be a strategy from a new CEO and CFO. If 200m buys half the shares (and btw they don't need to buy half), maybe just a fraction would be enough to lift the SP, discourage shorting and deliver value to shareholders

Just a pathetic +2.5p after a massive deleveraging for the amount comparable to mcap. Normally, one would expect a rerate but not with Tullow.

The SP is tanking due to uncertainties almost in every department, whether you take management, debt, litigation, exploration, FDP negotiations, IR etc. - feels like sabotage! If you're a CFO of a FTSE company, you cannot say that we expect a decision on Ghana tax latest in November and then you miss your own targets without providing any further comments. Don't get me wrong, it could be out of their control but then it's simply unprofessional to comment with certainty, to promise and fail to deliver. This is an international oil business, not a political party!

From 820 down to 700 in one week! Circa -720m in terms of mcap. Even if AUSTRAC was to issue the biggest fine in history, such SP drop cannot be justified. What's going on?

Even in the worst case if the arbitration goes against us - it's far from over. It can be difficult to operate in Africa, but there's always room for negotiations. For example, when the Ghana govt. delays gas payments to Tullow they need that convenient operator. Of course, the GRA wants money and they're disputing a decade old case but also any payments won't be imminent. There are tons of options how it could be settled.

Unlike bankruptcies, delisting etc., any takeover by another company requires shareholders' approval. I just don't see that anything around 30p will be ever approved. The SP could go much higher mid-term, I would rather stick to the debt repayment plan and get at least 60p medium - long term. The SP was 40p just a couple of months ago, so would you be happy to give your shares away to KOS with a 30% discount? Usually, serious offers are made above a year high to have a half decent chance to succeed. I don't want KOS shares, our gearing is a lot better and we have more potential than them with the right CEO.

10% drop on possible offer, that's something you don't see every day. Let's hope that the arbitration on Ghana will be concluded by the end of the year.
