Question not sure if property like this has gone up at all. You can buy old supermarket land with the building for buttons. You may find if you factor this in its closer to 34p Could be wrong it depends where it is.

Tnav is 37p but not sure u can wipe all the goodwill off. 48p sounds better and accounts for half the intangibles. That's my take on it but there again i could fall in a bucket of t... and come out sucking mt thumb at the moment. Gla

Bio it is sad many PI's relying on these type of investments due to return on savings and getting smashed here as well. It really is a mess at the moment u would like to think it can only improve but not sure that's possible short term.

I could be wrong but don't think they will be buying much in the next 12 months cash will be king again and they will need lots of it if things worsen. In my opinion they have expanded to fast to start with they need to focus on what they have and squeeze every last penny out of it. This sector has become a right old pup.

Yep looking at the numbers no surprises really. Like the fact NAV is up by 47m but alot of goodwill in there and total pension liabilities look okay. Still we are in rough seas at present and it won't take much to rock the boat. Happy sailing watch for waves don't get swept overboard.

Mmm doesn't look good for next week. Not that h1 won't be good but forecast will be flat. Sp lucky to break 48p. May even go back over to 44p by end of month. My guess at 55p by xmas could be optimistic. Lets hope not.
