Can't see this dropping back to 38p. It may drift down a bit until first update 44p perhaps. As jolly has indicated brexit will pull this sector down until it becomes clear where we are at. Hope we are wrong but still a good punt for a long hold. Keep the faith this is a well run company and will ride the storm. :-))

Spac i only left the motor trade 7 years ago but big changes in manufacturers market share since then. Vauxhall and ford just holding on to 20% between them. Nissan on Vauxhall heels for second place. Mer and BMW each with over 6% market share in Q1. Vauxhall seem to be suffering with a very boring Corsa. Must be affecting the likes of the dragon with so many VX dealerships.

Spac thanks for the feedback. Sound good. I agree with the purchase strategy, keep the loot and prey on the weak. Sounds harsh but thats business. Q2 may be a lot harder to make the numbers from new cars but sure used and aftersales will hold strong. If i had to forecast Q3 and definitely Q4 are going to be tuff. As always the best just take a bigger slice of a smaller cake so vtu will do okay. It will be interesting to see their forecast for this year. Cheers J
