It’s definitely salesman’s patter. I used to correspond with Martin until I realised he didn’t deliver what he said. So I just stopped it’s more prudent not to listen to his waffle which he is extremely good at.

Think they need a sooty wand. Is it me or do they always over promise and under deliver, even the immo days we would have long periods of radio silence and then disappointment after such potential.
