You would expect a Q4 update, but as for forecasts I think they will wait until the new warehouse is up and running.

I’m not the most enthusiastic about the project, however still think Martin will increase revenues quickly and sell the lot for 25m in 18 months.

Well at least it’s launched. Hopefully we’ll get some numbers in a few weeks of how well it’s selling. Could do with knowing how many units they have available to punt.

Also this acquisition is taking an incredible length of time to do the preliminary DD.

Already filled my boots 1.6m taking me up to 3m. The 1.6m at an average of 2.8p. Not as cheap as now unfortunately. Got to be a great punt at todays price compared to cash equivalent. Maybe 🤔

Let’s see where it eventually goes. Have to admit the shares I tendered in my isa I took an extra 350k almost 1m in total just under 3p. Sort of wished I’d waited though.

My first guess was it would be a Higginson owned company. Now that the DD is taking so long I’m no longer sure.

Some of the major players kept hold of their shares like unicorn so they have to see good value in what’s coming you would think. However it was madness if you ask me not tendering their 65%.

According to the rumours they didn’t want to tender their shares. They wanted to remain fully invested. Might be a good sign of thinks to come ( maybe )

Unicorn not tendering their shares seems strange.

I honestly had no expectation of getting the money today, be lucky to get it by the end of the week imo. The only deadlines they ever hit are in the boards best interests.

Like selling the business ( they hit that one right on the nose ) All the rest missed.

Can’t wait to see what they do with all this cash ( our cash ) 🤦‍♂️
