@GGPThruandtru or anyone who knows.
"I am little bit disappointed/miffed at the fact he doesn’t think he can get $123m for the 5% which would cover the loan and capex."
Please can you tell me where the $123m figure comes from,? I'm just catching up on all the latest info.
Thanks

Watch from 11 minutes to see what Putin says regarding companies continuing to work in the country, I dont hold anymore even though I said I wouldn't sell (Sold out long time ago) I thought you all might like to hear it if not already done so.
Good luck to all invested, investing or in general :)
Zoros I think the issue is you are not coming across as very clear in what you are asking? To me it reads that you are saying you think the upgrades next week wont be anywhere near as high as some have been predicting? Are you saying you think it could be in the region of 2.4moz (50% above the 1.9moz) Is this what you are getting at? Sorry if I'm misreading it.
As for Ukraine I dont see anything kicking off until the end of the Olympics if at all, the 10 day Belarus war games proves that. Russia dont want to step on the toes of China and the games so if they do intend on invading it will be after the games end. I think its all just tactics to gain something though and nothing will come of it.
"- And then as we move into the back half of 2022, we have the Feasibility Study which is already flagged to be 50% bigger than the PFS"
With this being said what are peoples expectations for the upgrade for next week?
P.S Thanks for the reply a week or so ago Dip, haven't been on much and missed your response.
Adski (I read your name as Amamski btw!) I remember the good/bad days of RRL, Desire and RKH, Desire the company that turned oil into water! Some serious money lost there for some people sadly! RRL another one hyped to the moon but then fell back to the centre of the Earth! RKH did have that big Sea Lion find though (No not a big sealion people) not sure exactly what happened in the end though, did they ever manager to get it into production?
Not sure if its been asked but what are the peoples thoughts on sp direction if they say no agreement could be made so its going to independent adviser to determine price? Will this be a positive or negative?
Also do people think they will release the valuations of the 5% from NCM or GGP or will this be keep secret until the deals done?
Thanks
lol thanks Speedy mate, tbh my name is just a way of saying spunky of which I am not lol. Just had a look at that car and it looks great, this is coming from someone who think the old style Toyota MR2 is a great looking car though! Question, why did it have a filed down spoon handle?
I just do not understand this 5% situation on here, some think if not force it onto us as a more or less fact that there could be 10's of millions of oz so if NCM offer say £175m for the 5% that = about 1 £billion mc for 30% (25%+the money for the 5%) Is this not a low ball offer? Would they then think GGP have done a bad deal, does the RNS or was it SD not basically say that that 5% figure will be derived from whats actually known and also the future potential?
If this was the actual figure then how many oz = that £175m? If you use ProfQ's numbers then its about 6m oz which is far below what some think on here Hav could hold so then you have to ask whos more incorrect, the ones who assume far more gold, ProfQ's numbers or both? If its say 12m oz then thats about £300m for the 5% but again the 12m oz is still considered low in some peoples eyes?
So after all that (it makes sense in my head what I typed) if GGP accepted £175m or £300m for the 5% would some on here not think GGP got a bad deal due to how much gold they think is there? One main respected poster for instance has mentioned 20m oz if this is true so if GGP accepted £300m for the 5% this is surely a low ball offer so then you have to ask whos wrong? Obviously its the poster on here as GGP know and understand it far more than anyone on here.
Part reason I still dont own is because there is just so much contradictory info on here it makes it hard to know what to believe or who to listen to most, I try so hard to understand all the figures from the RNS's but it doesn't make it any easier. Will I buy in before the 5% is known? I'm not sure, if theres one thing I'm trying to do is not to jump in just to try to make a quick quid, dont buy if you are not sure is what has stopped me from getting in back when this was high teens, its still preventing me from buying now not because I think the sp could go lower (I have zero idea) but because I just dont understand the numbers enough! I wish I stuck in at school more!
P.S sorry for the long post, not even sure if it makes that much sense even after reading over it! Ah well nevermind its an opinion which we are all entitled to :)
Hi Zoros
Can I just quiz you on some of the figures?
"GGP's only formal declaration of what they have (ie: what the market believes): 1.6Moz ore reserve/3.4MozAuEq. 1.7% of motherlode only declared to date."
Where does it state 1.7% of the motherlode, I've been over the RNS's and cant find the 1.7% figure.
"£600m NPV is a massive figure for where we are today and I am very grateful it has remained thus for so long."
Please explain this part as don't understand what you mean?
"Based on number of shares on issue / % of mine owned by GGP to date: SP should sit in the range 9p to 15p."
Defo going to rub some up the wrong way with the 9p comment, it doesn't affect me in the slightest though :) Can you answer one final question how do you come to the figures of 9p/15p, did you do any calcs for these figures or are they just a guestimate?
I liked your post, comes across as honest but I openly admit and as above shows I have no idea if you are trying to put any spin on it but I couldn't care less, I'd rather just ask you to clarify a few things and then move on :)
Thanks
First hi again all, hope you all had a great Xmas and New Year?
Wouldn't it be interesting/funny if NCM offered more for the 5% than GGP wanted! I wonder what happens in this far fetched scenario? Would NCM go "Oh oops erm sorry we seem to have misplaced a figure and our actual offer is *Insert rectified figure here* :)
I cannot wait for the 5% to be finally bought as it will answer so many questions and put to bed all the conjecture surrounding this.
