Thanks for the reply Monty, QE is just a mystery to me! Imvbo I think its just another way for the moneymen to make even more money by keeping the system going, I know there are more things to it then that but it does seem to be that the only ones that seem to benefit most from all the pumping of money are those who already have to much money? All the negatives that come from it only seem to affect the ones without money or with way less than those who do.

Monty what negative effects if any do you think QE has?

As Speedy mentions for every expert on one side of the the fence theres another on the other side! So who or what are we supposed to believe? Funnily enough the same logic could be applied to these share boards!

For me its all about trying to find some sort of mutual understanding to better help the masses who read or watch when trying to learn, I find it so much more interesting when you have two alternate views butting heads but trying to come to some sort of agreement on whats what.

I also just want to add that someone told me the other night to do my own research due to something I asked to happen, hmmm! I've said this before so I'll say it again, when I'm "Researching" if I read a topic but still do not understand what it all means then how exactly am I supposed to learn? I know I'll ask the same question on these boards to see if anyone can dumb down the explanation so it better sinks into my tiny little brain! Digestives ptf take a look at Rich Tea they are tiny now and taste cr*p! Shrinkflation is crazy when you think how many items have shrunk yet their price has continued to rise! As for inflation I agree its everywhere NOT just the supply chain, not sure why some cannot see this?

As for NFTs a.k.a nutty f*cking trades I'll never understand how a pixelated image can be worth multi millions? Look at the weird cyberpunk one that supposedly sold for £532 MILLION last week! Come on eh does anyone think thats not insane, there was another sold for £69 million the other month, for an effing digital image! You cannot even do anything with it if the world goes t*its up! Atleast with a Van Gogh you could burn it to keep warm in the winter months :o

The whole monetary system is screwed up, just look at whats happened the past few years and you begin to realise how messed up it all is! adly it will all come tumbling down, when? Who knows but it will happen, history shows us how much we love to repeat our mistakes!

Could a big part of the the price in coal dropping be due to COP26 starting? Lets be honest what ever they come out with at that conference is all just sounds bites, the deforestation still goes on in huge numbers, polution isn't getting better and coal among the other fossil fuels will be used for many years to come, governments know they can only go so far so fast with green energy and their economies sadly will come first before anything else. The hypocrisy at that event is astounding, if they could bottle it and use it for energy then there wouldn't be any power worries :)

However I'm all for stopping the cutting down of millions of trees, stopping of the digging up of places that should never be touched by a human and halting the polution of the air and oceans, seas and rivers of the planet! Lets be honest we as a species are toxic and all we do is spread out toxicity where ever we go, all in pursuit of one thing, greed!

I dont like the top 5 board I think its very dangerous to have a "Like" System on share boards as it can lead to false dangerous impressions of people that some could use for their benefit if you get my drift? If people want to provide info for other users they shouldn't be "Rewarded" as such for doing so with likes. You can smell posters just posting for likes a mile off! I suppose if theres one thing it does it makes me wary of those that like hunt. I do want to say though that there are many what seem to be genuine people who post and get many likes so this isnt a slight towards them. I just think they should take the like system away and see how these boards change. I have to go now but nice talking to you.

I tried to do calcs for EUAs West Kytlim and admittedly only have a basic knowledge of how to do these things but wow the abuse I got was nuts! I soon realised its because WK is not what they like to make out and they didn't want anyone mentioning numbers for fear of it harming the sp smh! Stupid thing is WK is supposedly only a small part in what EUA has. I did read yesterdays RNS on that share and instantly just looked up and shook my head! Jam tomorrow are two words that I would use, dragging on is an understatement! I will leave it with I hope those that hold shares in EUA do finally do well as I still hold all my shares purchased a few months back and its also good to see us mere mortal pi's do well with shares no matter how toxic some people can be. Apols to anyone upset at talking about another share on here btw ;)

Rex you have to learn to ignore the insulters who dont like hearing numbers unless they are pie in sky ones, there are many here who dont mind debating calcs aslong as its backed up with decent info. I love seeing peoples workings out as it does a few things for me, allows me to cross reference what they have said to see if I get anywhere their figures and also teaches me how to work these things out. I just wish people wouldn't jump to wrong conclusions if someone mentions something that comes across as negative its so anoying and all it does is stop people asking questions for fear of being slated and there in itself lies the issue, is this the reason why the do this me thinks?

Thanks for the replies, I've just bought a few gold and silver coins today even though I had heard somewhere that being in gold shares is by far the best option for multiple gains if gold price does take off which sort of makes sense to me. It will be interesting to see how things pan out with inflation, rates rises, gold price and more importantly GGP's sp in the coming year or so. As for the markets then they live in their own little bubble which I'm sure one day will go pop, when that day comes is anyones guess? Go to go now but again thanks for the replies, I'll be back again later when reults are out.

Can any of you explain if rates going higher affects gold in a good way? I trawled through the posts from the other week but not sure of that was actually answered? Some say interest rate rises are good for gold some say the opposite so which is it and why or is it just another case of know one actually knows?

lenz the pfs mentions 2024 so mayeb a good question to ask SD would be why if it will take another year or so to actually start extracting ore? Maybe its to do with the rest of the stuff they have to get done for safety reasons before they can extract it? Do I think they will sit on it for over a year? I have no idea but the pfs states 2024 so there had to be a reason behind that date?

Btw I'm not saying that date cannot change when the FS comes out and hopefully it will

Sorry lenz you have me lost? The £108m is the final estimate after AISC costs starting from 2023? Are you saying that GGP could make this in 2023 minus tax? If so I dont understand how you get that figure? I'm just trying to get away from all the rest on the posts on here and get back to doing what people prefer, putting up numbers or info and going over it all to show what GGP could be worth, I hope some posters who like messing with figures start posting as its a far better read so cheers for that. I'd try but I just do not understand most of the AISC calcs etc!
