RE: Nomad29 Dec 2015 08:31
i tend to agree with you about share puppets.
they like to shout about their good calls, but
stay pretty quiet about the ones they get wrong.
(& they do favour a personally abusive style which
i generally prefer to avoid in share discussion.)
obv, it's me that used the administration word,
as you can see from the thread. i think it's
unlikely, as epsilon & singaporean backer(s)
seem willing to keep its nostrils above water.
but the company has continued to do pretty badly,
and has not managed to achieve its own targets:
-- back in late sept & oct, DAN claimed that they would
shortly finish a funding package that would allow them
1. to publish their accounts & 2. to resume trading on AIM.
but several months on, they haven't managed either,
and have managed to fall out with their nomad too.
meanwhile, quob said that they would publish an
open letter to DAN by the end of the year, although
they gave themselves an oddly phrased bit of wriggle
room by saying someone like 'subject to whether the
shares are still suspended' (can't see myself why a
DAN suspension should stop quob publishing open letter.)
... but rt has recently sold dan shares, & still no open letter.
most likely DAN will just end up delisted shortly, with
epsilon going over 30% and applying for a 'whitewash'
to pre-empt some of the usual minority shareholder rights
when such holding threshold is reached. but that's just imv.
and tbh, i don't know how delisting affects whitewash issues.
i have no inside info, so perfectly happy to accept that DAN
might yet pull something out of the fire and keep their listing.
but i notice that the director who originally said they would
make their resignation effective once the company published
their accounts and relisted gave up on that & just got it over with.
happy new year.
