you are kidding, right? they spent months trying to arrange a placing & failed. RT is playing games with holdings (zero transparency re who he 'sells' /'buys' to/from), but not many others.

jptop, RT /DAN would still be subject to regulatory oversight /strictures from FCA after delisting. that doesn't change.

re goodluckall 18:58, one could also ask, why has the company found it so difficult to fix up the attempted placing? (... i.e. there have been quite a few people with information & knowledge steering well clear.)

why do you think?

no, i don't think it was deliberate on their part. i think DAN would have preferred to remain listed. there could be a wide range of reasons why nomads don't want to work with them. probably these include significant reputational concerns. nomads don't want to be tainted by association where something's rotting.

sometimes just an auto trade by a broker because someone doesn't have enough cash in their account to meet the monthly admin charge; so the platform/broker just automatically sells enough to cover the fee.

there's always an upside. the second major world pandemic may have exterminated about 40-50% of the English population in the 13th century, but on the plus side, it did substantially undermine the previous patterns of feudal control over the means of production, e.g. introducing significant new labour market mobility. on a 100-200 year view, the black death actually went quite well economically. so maybe it's actually good news for DAN in the long run that it's failed to publish its audited accounts, failed to finalise the placing that it kept saying was coming 'shortly', and is about to be delisted from AIM with no mechanism yet in place to allow shareholders to trade at decent prices? all this may yet attract multiple new clients to its glowing reputation.
