it’s just a re-run of the same business model used for the previous
version of cloudtag, back when it was london-listed on AIM. that
formula made money for amit, so he’s just using it yet again, but
now without the (limited) credibility & liquidity AIM listing gives.

… but this time, without even nomad oversight or public accounts.

company outputs: rampy news updates with nothing real behind them.
company inputs: greedy (/increasingly fearful) pis paying cash for shares.

the business of cloudtag is to produce rampy
‘news’ in order to sell worthless pieces of paper.

just to be clear, i don’t think anyone is suggesting that PHNX would buy MNG.
simply that it’s possible that someone else buying MNG might then try to offload
the insurance part of MNG to a third party, such as PHNX. but it’s only chatter atm.

there’s a little bit of chatter at the moment about possible takeover bid
re MNG. all very speculative and nothing at all confirmed, but it’s put a
teeny bit of extra froth into the MNG share price. i’m just mentioning this
on the PHNX chatboard as there’s also speculation that a takeover might
lead to hiving off MNG insurance business to someone like PHNX, per link:

but cloudtag has *nothing* at all to do with biosense, a completely different
company, & johnson & johnson have nothing whatsoever to do with cloudtag.

pure fabrication to pretend there is any connection between biosense & cloudtag.

? - have any of you looked into the conduct of the nomad which
cloudtag used while it was still london listed on AIM? - i.e. did they
do their job properly? personally i think it is way too late for any to
seek compensation / convictions / disqualification now, but there
were various parties who assisted amit to run the game while on AIM.
some of them will still be in UK jurisdiction & with some assets in UK.

… nothing else to be expected really from a company founded by
marc rich, but it’s a dirty game & they make a heck of a lot of money.
