[the reason i type “*if*” is simply because i have no first
hand knowledge of the sales pitch /promises used by amit
or other cloudtag spivs to get gullible pis to invest more.]

i can see why it would be to amit’s advantage to urge pis to
‘have patience’, and wait and wait and then wait some more.

but *if* there is a possible case for pre-ipo type investors to try to
get their money back, by arguing that they were induced to invest
cash by promises which turned out to be misleading / unfounded /
downright false, then the longer they leave it then imo the less their
chances of any legal redress. the passage of time provides more
chances for any funds raised to be squirrelled well away from any
half-way sensible jurisdiction, and more time for the evidential
trail to be erased or muddied. i suspect it’s too late already, but
i am amazed just how supine the pre-ipo investors seem to be.

bought a few this morning, but i had to grit my teeth to do so. it
would be nice to live in more boring times. atb & gl all honest folks.

the old link re appniv that phoenix posted doesn’t provide any evidence
whatsoever that cloudtag ever had any product / software / IP that was
worth anything meaningful back then (- let alone now, six+ years later!)

it only appears to show that several years ago, cloudtag paid a small israeli
software startup to do some software work relating to the onitor. (… i am
assuming that cloudtag did pay them something, just because i presume
that appniv wouldn’t have cited them at all if the bill remained unpaid!)

but it doesn’t demonstrate anything at about what that
software did, how reliable it was, and whether anyone would
ever have wanted to pay anything for it, let alone a nine figure
sum. …no independent reviews, no public demonstrations…

re 11:05, slightly puzzling that if AVCT is such a slam
dunk to be worth many multiples of where it is now,
that 88% of the share ownership is with retail pis.

? why aren’t there more and larger institutional investors
on board, if it’s so clear what a marvellous share this is?
