re 09:10, agree current cfo seems on the ball, a plus point, but
what might be the implications for current holders if / when
lawsuits begin about that very problematic / dodgy-sounding
past set of accounting practices? … likely to be claims, imo.

most prolific, belligerent & loyal rampers then abruptly turned
round 180 degrees and became a rabid critic of EUA on twitter.

? what makes you think that?

to be fair to amit, he can be very good at writing things that his fans
want to read. he might be able to make a decent living as a novelist.

the key difference between those who are enthusiasts vs sceptics is just
how much one believes what he says, imv. … more sceptical folk tend to
look at how often the lovely things that amit talks about actually turn out
to be true, & usually conclude that the ratio of [promises and predictions
made] vs [successful outcomes for those who give him money] is not good.

already a small holder here, but added moderate
amount here, trying to look circa 5 yrs out (- which
of course is nuts in this kind of mixed-up world, lol.)

torn what to wish for. the acquisition of xstrata was pretty dreadful imv, but
i do like the logic of ‘metalco’ going forward. as with most things, it depends
on price i suppose. (sold a small trading slice this afternoon, but long overall.)

i don’t mind at all whether you do or not, phoenix, that’s entirely
up to you. just commenting as hubba referenced me in his post.

(but surely, both committed amit enthusiasts & sceptics

hi dan, hope and yours are well.

it really doesn’t look like anyone is bothering at ADME anymore. given that
previously they used to update about court and injunctions when it could be
presented as slightly positive / neutral for them (extension of injunction, etc) i
guess that the outcome this time round was unfavourable, and they just don’t
want to mention it (bit like the silence on marginal field outcomes in osa’s day).

i think the remaining reason for watching this is just randy connolly’s track
record - imv he is a massive red flag for any company that he gets involved in,
*but* he does have some history of very ‘creatively’ managing to froth up s/p
price spikes for a short while at least for certain parties to dump onto. ? maybe
randy will find a way to manufacture a little pump here? - if he does, probably
last chance for an exit before suspension / liquidation of this train wreck. jmo.

no countdown clock for me, thanks hubba, but still watching with interest
to see what the next update will be. i suppose that in a quantum universe,
in theory all things are possible, but me, i don’t believe a word of it. ajmho.

this appears to be a clear failure by ADME to update the market in a
timely way regarding price sensitive information. there is no clarity
at this point for the market whether the interim injunction is still in
place or not following that scheduled court hearing on 28th march,
whether any court ruling was made, whether matters deferred to a
later date, etc. AIM regulation should step in imv (but almost certainly
won’t, since ADME is such a tiddler at this stage & who really cares?)
