No stej, back when CTAG was on AIM it was claiming to be operating in much more secure, reliable and investable jurisdictions than EUA.

but war / no war hardly relevant for CTAG anyway, since it never seemed to make or do anything meaningful other than produce optimistic sounding updates about what it has planning to do in the future, and sell its own shares to pis who believed the puff . … whereas EUA, …, hmm ….

ah, but it wasn’t random, was it? lse admin are fairly risk adverse, and so tend to be intolerant of posts that could be seen as attempted market abuse. the thread that was deleted this evening was one where dimitryreacts was claiming to have inside information about a guaranteed sale this month.

Wildavocet, my post was partly in jest, referring to a kind of ‘situation’ underway with a company called cloudtag, where the CEO claims some assets/IP has already been sold but won’t say who to or when any money will ever be paid out to shareholders.

to put that into context, cloudtag is a private unlisted company with only one director, and no nomad of course, listed in a jurisdiction noted for its relatively ‘relaxed’ attitude to corporate regulation and disclosures.

so one would really, really hope that situation could not arise with a company listed on london AIM, since at the very least a nomad should be advising on AIM regs & disclosure requirements regarding such price sensitive developments.

eau shareholders would presumably be hoping that there isn’t much similarity between ctag and eua. the possible points of connection include, (a) both companies seem to rely a lot on claims about NDAs to manage their newsflow, (b) the lse chatboards for both companies have at times seen exceptionally prolific ramping, with a suspicion that certain individuals have ramped both CTAG and EUA.

all the ‘free to view’ part says is simply that cloudtag is a “key player operating” in this domain, and that the report “mentions” cloudtag. but no evidence at all is provided to explain why they think cloudtag be could be viewed as a ‘key player’, and it’s not explained what kind of ‘mention’ cloudtag gets. it looks on the face of it like this is just a report compiled by software that only automatically scrapes certain key words in public domain internet articles/doc and then bunches that into a computer-compiled ‘report’. … that would have included scraping the comments that amit himself has made about cloudtag and cloudtag’s own website (!not exactly an independent, reliable and valid source, imv!)

so still zero evidence at all that can be independently verified that cloudtag has any kind of IP / software /business/ plant / contracts etc of any meaningful value.

(i haven’t seen anyone here try to claim that they have actually stumped up the cash to read a full copy of inkwood’s ‘report’; anyone want to own up to doing that??)

yup, that too. not a good omen for the eventual placing price … hard to flip ‘em when the liquidity is so pants, so placees will need more safety margin.

Company running low on cash, and yet despite supposedly having a pile of concentrate/sand it claims it can sell for several million, instead it seeks consent to do a placing for £500K.

makes no sense for a junior miner still burning through cash not to sell the limited amount of metal it has managed to dig up. something seriously amiss there, imo, yet another proper red flag. (? no way to repatriate the money? / excessive ‘costs’/taxes etc, being demanded of this UK company by russian processors?/ fear of triggering sanctions from one side or both? / or just the sand is simply not all it’s cracked up to be, quantity / grade? - who knows, but it’s very odd.)

and in that context, and share price again under pressure, 8% down currently, peeps on here are talking about a 2500% share price rise as “interesting”. LOL.
