Cenzo, i do laugh at the idea that anyone takes ACF seriously, as that’s frankly absurd.

can’t answer for ‘kira’, but i assume you are referencing me with the ‘s/j’ bit. your syntax is a bit odd, so i’m afraid i don’t understand what you are trying to say about a scottish person and involvement. (? do you think i have some kind of connection with aberdeenman /mac?!)

i don’t “relish” anyone’s losses [- OK, with the one specific exception of PB78, who richly deserved it, pure karma! - ], but i do assume that all putting money into AIM shares are grownups who are taking their own risks, and should make their own decisions about how much they can afford to lose.

Kammy, re 09:00, the idea that pis should just unquestionly trust that BoDs know what they are doing and will effectively and in the best interests of their shareholders is sometimes not a very good idea with AIM companies.

(take a look at MSYS and DVRG as a couple of recent interesting examples where the pis really should have been much more questioning / sceptical about BoD activity and statements.)

AIM BoDs can also play on words too. (if the guy just said something like “to the end of the year”, both meanings would be possible and legally defensible.)

… dec ‘23 not so far away now. if they need to organise placing, would need to sort that at least 6-8 weeks before the cash runs out to avoid death-wish pricing.

i don’t mind if peeps post frequently, or indeed very frequently, about EUA, whether they are pro, anti-, or mixed in their views about the company, **providing** they are posting on-topic, aren’t just repetitively spamming with the same cut & paste [- as mac sometimes does -] aren’t just trying to shout down, bully, ridicule or insult other posters, and aren’t trying to cheat & mislead others with lies / hints about supposed inside information.

problem with IKN and DR (- i assume those are two IDs being operated by the same poster - ) is not simply that they are posting often, it’s more that the content and manner of their posts is deliberately personally abusive and belligerent, mocking, frequently off-topic, and often blatantly dishonest & self-contradictory. i don’t mind someone posting two or three hundred posts a month on a share if they are posting politely and in a constructive, grown-up way that allows and invites genuine dialogue. IKN & DR are just trying to prevent discussion of EUA.

(it’s been a while since i saw anyone posting quite so profusely in order to disrupt. last one i recall like that was mac’s pal davidgreece over on the CTAG board, in the run up to their suspension & delisting. he managed to spam that board with about 1000 posts one month.)

these two IDs between them have posted more than 530 posts on EUA board in the last 30 days, clearly with the intention of being disruptive and abusive.

iknownuffin & dimitryreacts are posting very clearly and deliberately contra to LSE t&c, so admin should simply ban them both. but for whatever reason LSE admin choose to take no action against those two. hence ignore and/or filter them both seems best option for most, imo.

… both EUA sceptics and enthusiasts keep posting extracts from the court docs and attempting to settle the case on this board as though they were jury or judge.

but key part of court process is to *test* the evidence that is being submitted by both sides, through cross-examination in the adversarial process, and so weigh the relative probative value of the various submissions.

posters on this board are simply not in a position to do this, since they cannot challenge and cross-examine the respective parties about the evidence submitted so far.

He often seems particularly sensitive to comments about his poor grammar and sloppy proofreading. that’s a bit odd really, since that’s the least of the difficulties with cloudtag.

the main problem imv is simply, but importantly, that the company has never provided even the slightest evidence that it actually has any product, service or IP that has any meaningful value.

(for sure, it’s made claims about such, but that’s way different from showing any *evidence* that could be subject to independent scrutiny.)

the only thing that this company appears to produce (other than those badly written, vaguely worded updates) are the shares that cloudtag keeps selling to the (presumably) dwindling pool of pis who are still prepared to believe that amit is an honest, credible and successful businessman who will eventually reward his patient followers.
