Stej, re 11:35, EUA share certificates are not bearer bonds — ownership of EUA shares is not depending on possession of a certificate, it’s about who is registered as having legal title.

possession of a certificate can be useful for certain purposes, but owning a certificate does not prove that you own the shares, nor does lack of certificate mean you don’t own the shares.

Sorry, typo, 2022 of course, not 2020 … the pikeyK account was set up right around the time (? curiously, one day before, i think?) that cloudtag put out that ultra-rampy update about supposed “Deal Value and Shareholding Update” on 23/11/22.

PikeyK is an odd little account. set up in late 2020, only seems to post on CTAG, only function appears to be to post to mock or insult critics of amit. but doesn’t post anything about cloudtag’s business, shares, supposed markets, or plans.

not necessarily amit, but sure does post like a good ol’ pal of his, just as hairgrotbox used to.

Antha, if all this is meant to be amit’s way of pretending to his peers that he’s a successful businessman, i don’t think many of them will be convinced!

similarly, if the latest pump leading up to the ‘technical issues’ fiasco update was meant to be the ben-haim family’s way of rescuing ben’s reputation for the sake of their family name, i think it would have had the opposite effect.

RKtech, i really don’t think amit that is trying to “recruit a new cohort of mugs to part with their hard earned.” i think he simply continues to work on the cohort of mugs he already has - that would be much, much more efficient for him.

nobody in their right mind who is not already ‘invested’ in cloudtag would look at cloudtag and even dream of putting money into this utter dumpster fire.

the bunch of pis who put money into his ‘pre-IPO’ appeal were a self-selecting group who were still gullible enough to believe CTAG might still have real value, and still solvent enough to have access to some good money to pour after bad.

at each step of the way, it makes sense to target the dwindling pool of pis still desperate / gullible enough to believe, and keep on tapping them until they too run dry.

at each stage, that group self-selects down even more to the most easily influenced / most credulous, so although it can’t be a large group by now, the % response rate from it is still probably quite good (- and bear in mind amit’s costs are near zero, so anything at all that he can sell to anyone is nearly pure profit.)

this is why suckers lists are worth money. this is why time-share artists and their ilk keep calling the same marks, even if it’s about a new venture. they know who falls for their schtick and don’t have to waste time on sensible folks.

Seamus, the BoD are asking shareholders to consent to company having powers to issue up to £5,000,000 pounds of EUA ordinary shares at nominal price. the nominal price is 0.1p, so EUA wants powers to issue up to 500,000,000 new shares.

obviously, that does *not* necessarily mean that they will then issue that many, but it would enable them to do that if they wish / need. … if EUA just attempts to go into total mothball mode, they may not need to issue that many very soon, but if they attempt to start up a brand new hydrogen etc. biz, i am suggesting that’s gonna cost money, and EUA don’t have much spare cash just sitting around.
