Mac 14:24: “… DFS for both main assets is needed to do the most accurate discounted cash flow valuation. It tells any buyer if an asset is financially viable or not, stopping them from purchasing a red herring so to speak”
… which is a main reason why it would be really important for shareholders, and prospective shareholders, to know the DFS content. as without good quality information about what parts of EUA, if any, are ‘financially viable’ (and to what extent), shareholders are just being asked to hold onto the proverbial pig in a poke … but what is really in that poke? (… archaic word for a bag, that conceals what it is that’s actually been purchased.)
for sure it would be important for prospective asset purchasers to know what they are getting for their money, but that should also apply to purchasers/ holders of EUA shares.
