Yep a big PR game. Royces were leading it but seem to go a bit cold lately. One thing that jumped out in the Holtec speal was the funding of the factory and the amount of money and work it would bring to the local area and to the UK as a whole. Never seen these aspects of the bid being published by Royces

General concenus is that they'll be contracts for 2 designs. Only questions to be answered is who will be the second one and in what proportion will the contracts be awarded. If there are two then they'll be s lot of legal challenges flying about (and crying).
