USA was always going to be one of the two winners - just the percentage is to be set and the plant won't be manufactured here.

It must be my age (69)....I used to believe that 'Every Day is School Day' and nobody knows everything about everything. But since retiring I've must have become the typical grumpy old man with a walking stick to shake . And why was I a believer that Every Day was a School Day - it's was the only way i could do my job of designing and safety assessing nuclear plant properly. I need to get back to that mind-set.
