Not sure if your question is directed at me. My understanding is to get a dividend then you must be the registered owner of the share at COB the day before the ex-dividend date.

It's a while since I worked in that area. The NRC and ONR share the common goal of ensuring safe and secure nuclear activities, but regulatory approaches, differ, but here is a degree of cooperation and read across.

I feel the greatest hurdle to getting spades in the ground is the supply chain. I would guess that Nuscale may be ahead in this aspect. But as I'm no longer close to RR nuclear so I could be mistaken.
