Due to the long lead time in building the submarines under the AUKUS deal, Australia also agreed to buy up to three Virginia-class nuclear-powered submarines during the 2030s. The US and UK also plan to start the rotational deployment of their submarines out of Australia in 2027.

The singular consideration is whether RR PLC is licensing their technology to RR LTD .. if they are then that should be accounted for in regular income..

As far as I'm aware, RR plc does not own any nuclear technology. They have nuclear know-how, but the technology used in submarine plant belongs to the MOD, and is protected by DEFCON 90.

Been in RR shares a long time. When something good happens there is always something that turns up and rains on the parade. It'll soon pass however.
