I would hope so too Notes. What would be the point in pursuing a feasibility study for supplying a product we can’t even manufacture. That would be a laughable position to be in. I would a manufacturing partner and method of manufacturing economically would be of equal priority to finalising product design.

Great news today. After being invested for many years (when it was the old tech that went back to the drawing board) it's good to see solid foundation news such as this coming through. The world needs this tech and with the potential link up with AFC Energy, the future could be very exciting indeed.

As I was walking into work this morning along the harbourside in Bristol I saw (as I do every day) "the world's first hydrogen powered boat" moored up, as it has been for the past 8 or so years. I've never seen this boat in action and from the looks of it, it's just gathering seagull poop near Brunell's SS Great Britain.

This got me thinking - why are AFC focussing on stationary fuel cells ? If we think cars, then I can see why they wouldn't be interested at this stage due to size considerations. However, if you think larger scale transport such has boats, ships, ferries, cruise liners, trains etc then surely these size constraints are less of an issue ?

Hi Rooky - the question to ask now though is whether AFC would have been invited to the Hydrogen Council table, with all those global big names if that council did not think AFC were a serious contributor ? There are many other hydrogen fuel cell comp[anise that could have been invited but no, it's pre-commercial AFC Energy !

The AFC price drop is not limited to AFC of course. I’ve also seen a drop in the value of my wife’s SIPP in the past couple of weeks. Approx 6%. If that sort of volatility is happening across balanced funds then you would expect a higher volatility in individual shares, especially aim shares such as AFC. Nothing has changed as far as I can tell within afc and we should await the stated results as highlighted again by BumbleB yesterday.

Well said Barnacles. 100% agree with you. The doom mongers arrive in packs and we’ve seen it many times before. Something is about to happen and once it’s done they will disappear. I doubt very much that whatifind is an ex employee- that’s my opinion and can’t substantiate that. I feel a fund raise is on the cards for sure. It makes sense if this was to allow DeNora in at a preferential price. We shall in the fullness of time

I rest my case based on Strontium's post - and if this thread is ever investigated by the authorities then IP addresses of people can be determined and bank transactions vs share transactions can be analysed.

For the record, I am not accusing any individuals directly - that would be for the authorities to investigate.

Well it's a darned side better for ME to email AFC directly than rant on here as you appear to be doing. And yes, how strange that the SP has dropped 13% today... oh and it's since a team of people such as yourself have appeared out of the woodwork ! It's tedious beyond words.

I have expressed my concerns directly to AFC via an email last Friday. That is completely different to ranting you views (bashing) on here. This bulletin board doesn't belong to AFC. You cannot assume AFC look at this board and even if they do they would do so with the greatest pinch of salt.

What is plain to see (and I only wish the FCA would do more to monitor situations such as today) is that there appears to be an attempt to bash the share all of a sudden which suggests to me that there are other hidden agendas. We've seen it many times here before here !

Either news is about to be released (which could of course include a placing. If so, this would suggest to me that AFC are about to move into a new and exciting phase. I have no reason to think at this stage that the company is about to fold.

If you have a grudge with AFC then do as I and others have done and email AFC directly. I am as frustrated as everyone else with the silence however I doubt AFC are sat on their laurels when we know there's a lot of potential news to come our way.

Hi Daz. We are not seeing a massive sell off so I don’t think it will be bad news like that. We should wait for the Southern feasibility results and that should provide an indication of where we are heading.

Hi Jimmynan I spoke to Wendy a couple of weeks ago or so. I have also emailed AFC on Friday expressing my concern.

I've just had a quick look at that Toshiba (Newnergy) link - surprisingly poor and disjointed website for such a global organisation. AFC would do well to analyse that website and produce something completely different. I wasn't clear on what their product(s) actually does - does it produce H2 ? Is it a fuel cell combined with H2 generation ? etc

With all this negativity suddenly increasing and new posters suddenly coming out of the woodwork, I suspect there is an ulterior motive. Tiresome!
