Hi sturmtrupper. Nobody but yourself pressed the “buy” button. Whilst I don’t disagree that fake news has come out of AFC in previous years, the fundamentals haven’t changed and the same high net worth investors also remain invested. The next few months will be make or break I suspect

strange though how there was the 380k buy the other day that seemingly caused the massive hike and then yesterday a similar 380k yesterday sell/cancel ?

Hi Notes - I agree with everything apart from doubting whether AFC had been around 48 hours ago - with the small volume of trades there was absolutely nothing to suggest that AFC were in danger. Nothing has changed as most people agree

I have to agree athansius. It’s a very cynical move. If this was a matter of poor timing on behalf of AFC whilst there was a seller offload we’ll never know unless the FCA investigate.

Hi Barnacles- I hope you’re not tarnishing me as a “whiner”. It shouldn’t have got to a position where we had such a rise today in the first place. That’s my point and for the very reasons you have stated!

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. This huge rise today has only taken us back to where we were a matter of weeks back so it’s still a lot lower than where we should be.This time last year we were about 18p and heading south. We have a lot of news to go yet to even start regaining reasonable SP value. Why did the SP get taken up to today’s level? Is it of any significance? I’ve lost any remaining faith how this SP I’d maintained. It’s completely random these days and will only correct once we start getting some news. Obvious I know but I’m flabbergasted after seeing yesterday and today

Hi strontium - I actually topped up a very small chunk this morning on the basis that this was totally manipulated and nothing has changed - all helps to reduce the average! That was a risk I took this morning

It's 50% up on yesterday's price according to my HL account. You would hope rises like this would be monitored by the FCA as suspicious in the extreme especially when no RNS has been released.

so the BID is currently at 4.5p - that's a 17.48% drop on the day according to my Hargreaves account ! This can't continue - something is afoot and AFC BoD know exactly what they're doing I suspect otherwise they would have issued an RNS knowing no reason for the drop(s) - I would be quite happy if DeNora are buying in as they have contributed immensely over the past year. They invited AFC to the US conference and we're sat on the Hydrogen Council. We have a prospective order in the pipeline in the name of Southern Oil and we have Dunsfold - both of which (along with Stade) will provide excellent demonstration facilities if our product is ready. I have nothing else to contribute other than trying to remain optimistic that commercialisation is becoming a reality. *****ing on here will serve no purpose (other than putting potential PIs off). I have emailed AFC with my request for an RNS - the fact that no RNS is forthcoming suggests that the BOD are fully aware of what is going on. If a fundraise is imminent then so be it - we need funds to commercialise and get manufacturing up and running.

with all this vitriol around today and relatively low volume, something is going on for sure and I suspect an RNS will be appearing - I hope so anyway. Almost not worth looking at this board until we have the next news. No point selling. I shall do as Desert suggests and place a high sell price on my shares in the meantime... £5

There's also an argument that we should be recycling all plastic that is produced - impossible to implement however improvements have to be made. For example, use of black plastic for food use. Recycling centres are unable to filter out black plastic so it gets rejected so you have to ask why they use black plastic for food purposes in the first place ? It should be banned from food use - pure and simple.

Good that he has replied but with all due respect, don’t the AFC board have advisors to investigate why the company keeps having massive reductions in the SP ? Aren’t they concerned that the value of theirs and our company is being hammered and they seem totally ambivalent ! They should be telling us that they know no reason for the drops not us having to request this!

My email to JR was bounced so I emailed via the AFC Energy website - I've emailed Wendy previously but have no idea whether the address is correct or monitored so have gone via the company website - suggest everyone does the same ?
