Similarly pleased. A very measured and factual report from Adam that reflects the new “no fake news “ stance from our new chairman. There’s a lot of information in the report that shows clear direction and focus for the upcoming months ahead. I’d say we have a lot to look forward to in the coming weeks. A clear direction in off grid power supply which is clearly a huge worldwide market to tap into. The markets should be pleased with this report.

Sat on a beach in sunny kefalonia. Great and very welcome news today at last. Southern must be very confident that AFC are very close to 4 years or the economics stack up based on the current efficiency. Only better to come down the line for them. Very exciting indeed!

I wonder how many off grid base stations there are in the world? There must also been millions of other diesel generators used for temporary power supply. A massive market to get into. But we need a fully tested system and a manufacturing partner before we can enter this market obviously. Boy do we need some news!

Total speculation and scare mongering. AFC would need to report such events and if indeed it was something broken you'd just get it fixed that continue the project unless it was something fundamental that warranted an extension. They'd have had lots of data to decide whether it was a success or not

Here we are at 25th June and it's like the company has gone into lockdown mode - disappointing and disrespectful in my opinion. I am now seriously questioning Mr Bond and whether he really has been pulling the wool over our eyes with inaccurate and over optimistic updates over the past couple of years.

Under the new chairman's regime, I wouldn't have thought they are going to provide a big bang RNS stating we're now commercial but surely there must be milestones that can be reported ?

If nothing else, to raise confidence and support a disturbingly low SP, a milestone plan (priority driven rather than date driven) would be a good way of providing much need news on progress and plans.

Come on AFC, please show some respect and provide us with some confidence that the company is on track to deliver a commercial product !

In my opinion, too right it should be RNS'd ! AFC have received European funding for this project so have contributed to the company's bottom line. The project has also been mentioned on many occasions by the company in both annual accounts and quarterly updates. This is a significant update that validates where AFC are on the road to commercialisation and should be seen as very positive news ! Well done for Maminshed for finding it - the markets and prospective customers should be made aware also !

Hi AnneOwl - may I respectfully remind you that Abramovich has 2 of his investment company board members sat as non-exec directors or in an advice capacity on the AFC Board - that is quite a commitment on Ervington's part so not just a throw-away gamble. Schroders will also have done a lot of due diligence on AFC prior to making their investment. Finally, DeNora would not have provided their input "free of charge" for the past 18 months unless they thought it was worth their while ? I am also thinking that DeNora will be investing in AFC as others have suggested and if so, at a beneficial price in recompense for the work they have conducted - just my guess so who knows

Totally ruined iii - unintuitive and unuseable in my opinion - sad state of affairs !
