With 443.24m shares in issue, its going to take alot more good news to move us up; especially when we have very little buyers on a normal day. We could do with a big investment on market to give us the boost we need

What a good rns this morning. Hopefully more investors will now see the importance of metir in helping to clean up the water supplies. At the end of the day, we all use water and expect it to be clean and chemical free

The only thing that will for sure raise the sp here is a discovery from our projects under pow eg Uranium, Saudi projects, tati and if they can create something out of the molopo farms.

Investors aren't coming here because the company is making cash and has opportunities with massive amounts of money from minestarters and its royalties.

For some strange reason, people are attracted to chaos. You only have to look at some companies on Aim and ftse in massive debt and diluted and still their sp's do better than ours 🤔

In the RR conference he needs to promote the projects under pow and stay away from promoting FDR and minestarters and keep mentioning gmet which none will return to shareholders here. These projects will only encourage investors to buy into another stock and tokens that have absolutely no effect on our sp. These have there own ceo's to promote their products and will eventually feed money back to the company. If he's trying to help bring in more investors into pow, he should be mentioning our Uranium, tati, Saudi Arabia and update on molopo farms (which if they can bring in a jv could be another way for a discovery to be found)

I would definitely attend if it was anywhere outside London for the next meeting. Its one city I always try and avoid (unless I'm flying out of the uk)

The last time I saw a return on my shares, Paul Johnson was ceo. Sean has been ceo a little over 3 years and still there has not been any large movement in the sp. Even Rick rule's stock is in the red under pow atm.

I thought this year there would be a turn around, but so far it's following the same as last year. Let's hope there is something that can shake up the market soon (Uranium, tati, Saudi or molopo farms etc)

If Graham is on point and all is running to schedule; they have at least 4 weeks left before Q3. He has said work should be completed by Q2. If they are going to have another agm, then it will be June or July. If all successful in the testing of the flotation plant and if they have interested parties as he says, this will still take at least until end of Q3 to finalise binding contracts. There definitely will be more funds raised

If I was Sean at this conference, I'd be talking about the projects that could have the potential to raise our sp, like the Uranium project, the Saudi projects, tati and discussions around the molopo farms project. I wouldn't promote FDR or mention gmet or minestarters. Minestarters will make us cash, but not for years yet and its not going to raise our sp by selling tokens to something that isn't linked to our stocks. Same for FDR. This will make pow more cash down the line, but if its anything like gmet, we won't see any return. The last conferences he promoted gmet more than pow and most investors bought their stock and not ours. Get pj out of retirement and get at the conference

He might as well be honest and say they made a good chunk of cash from gmet, got themselves a nice central office in London and spent the cash on projects that will do nothing for the sp here (minestarters, royalties, FDR) minestarters will raise money for minestarters and Sean.

We have seen him promoting other companies in the past like gmet and raises their sp and no pow share holder including RR has seen a raise in their investment. I've been here throughout Sean being ceo and its been the same thing unfortunately. If he wants to release ipos and put money into companies that won't raise the sp here, he needs to put profits back to loyal pow shareholders with dividends or a buyback that other companies have and not stop part of the way through

The spin outs and other projects that don't raise the sp here (like gmet, fdr, minestarters, the royalties) are to make the company power metal resources cash profits, but unless more investors buy pow stock, the sp will never move up. Clearly they aren't interested in a company making and seeking to make millions £s

The only way we will ever move forward is projects under pow attracting more investors. This will be from a discovery or a dividend from the cash they are making. They have lots of ways to bring in the money now, I feel the Saudi Arabia projects need to stay where they are under our own rns. It will be stupid for Sean to spin out these and cause the sp here to drag behind (like gmet) we need news here to attract buyers, not all this rubbish about an ipo returning value to pow investors which never happens

If he can organise a jv for molopo farms, where the other company covers the costs of drilling. This will do well for us and of course Tati I have a good feeling for this one. All we need is a discovery and the market will react

What we need is a project that will excite the market. The worst thing Sean ever did was release gmet as an ipo. Yes they've made money; but the market hasn't reacted to this and we haven't seen any return that he talked about in interviews, when the company had a share percentage in the gmet. They sold off and nothing has reflected in the sp. Such a waste of time. We might as well of kept the project and not made any money, but the sp would of moved up instead. At least shareholders would of been happy. All this rubbish of return value without the dilution . No return and the sp dropped anyway.

Let's see what comes from the projects we do currently still have and hope he doesn't release the Saudi projects as an ipo. Otherwise we won't see a return from that either

This raise was as predictable as the trolls on here. If you don't like it, then walk away; but of course you won't (we all know that too)

Nobody warned us; we all knew more raises were needed. Of course they will need more upto full production. It's entirely upto people if they want to average down or wait until the news on the plant running successfully

This raise will definitely push things forward as scheduled. I think end of Q2 or start of Q3 and we should hear if the new plant can run continuously on min sc5 and that's when definitely we will hear about another company jumping onboard. Perhaps Glencore will still be interested

Seems everything is running as per schedule. Does anyone remember how long roughly the whole fixing and commissioning would take? Upto June or Jul before we know if the flotation plant will run continuously at sc5/sc6?

Let's hope there is some further news on molopo. I'm really excited to know if a jv will be getting involved. They just need some cash brought in and get drilling again. They were so close last time, but it needed more cash pumped in.

Power Metal Resources tomorrow evening at Proactive Investors' One2One Investor Forum in London (Tuesday 12 May 2026, 18:00, The Chesterfield Mayfair). A chance to hear directly on Fermi Exploration's uranium JV in Canada, our Arabian Shield exploration in Saudi Arabia and Oman, the Molopo Farms nickel-PGM project in Botswana, plus recent capital actions across the Project Incubator portfolio.

Good for pow, but is it good for shareholders at pow. We seem stuck with this sp for so long now and shareholders, especially long term still haven't benefited from the last ipo, gmet. We don't seem to have any returns. I would of much preferred gmet under pow and seen a raise here.

Let's see what comes from Tati, molopo, the Saudi projects and the Uranium project. We need a discovery from one of these

We haven't even moved from the millions we made from them and shareholders still haven't seen any reward. So for me the important projects are the ones that will raise our sp here (tati, the Uranium project and at the moment the Saudi projects - which I hope turns into a jv rather than an ipo. We will make money from minestarters and the royalties, but we need our sp to move up
