Pete I think you're right with a commercial find to boost the sp even more after the buyback. We've seen gmet rise on nothing but work on the ground, not by cash in the bank. They are currently millions in debt and we have millions in profit. We have alot more drilling to come from our Uranium and Saudi projects, so a commercial find could be on the cards this year. I don't believe minestarters will have any impact until next year or possibly further after they have shown that the projects within are working and they are making any profit from the tokens. Most important for now for myself is the buyback and the projects currently running under pow to lead us to a commercial find

The buyback has only just started and if not enough people are buying at the moment, the price isn't going to shoot up that fast. Once the buyback is in full swing and there is less shares in issue, we should see a better movement. This is very positive for pow. No debt, a big Uranium project with all costs covered, the Saudi projects etc and now recently a buyback. What is not to like. Gmet is only moving off the back of some drilling etc but no actual income, no buyback/dividends and millions in debt. Soon investors will see pow is more logical choice

Will be nice to see us around 16/17p by the end of the week and then could build up more from the week after

I've never known someone so desperate for a company to do badly. Most investors want the sp to go up, not down. Being a shareholder myself I would like to see them do well. Here's hoping this year they get to production

Jag. You have been going on last year this would be delisted. Who is making up things here. You can't point the finger, when you do exactly the same thing

After completion, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding shares held in Treasury will be 98,360,437. This will also help with raising the sp. As soon as we start moving above 20p and with the Uranium project starting up again and more news from the Saudi projects dropping, we will be seeing more buyers imo. As Tray said, let's weed out those that want to sell and then it will be long-term investors

At this stage, I much prefer a buyback to a dividend. Maybe in the future when the company has much more cash to give away to short term holders, but at the moment pow need to reward long-term holders with trying to raise the sp to the NAV+ it will be a slow process, but this and further news on our projects will push us to where we need to be

I was thinking that as well frogboy. Why would pow need to raise more funds, especially using these from the buyback. They should be cancelling them off to reduce the shares in issue. That's what usually happens in a buyback that I have see from other companies.

Pow should be at a stage that they don't need to raise funds

If its the full amount 17,250,000; then it should take over a month to complete the buyback.

If someone or a company wants to help prem at this point, they could pay back the debt to Goddards and purchase the secondary flotation plant. This will release alot of pressure off and get us to where we need to be

If they were to buyback the max 17,250,000 ASAP, this would leave us with less shares in issue. Then later this year we will see more news from the Uranium, Saudi, minestarters etc and the share price should start moving upwards alot more smoothly. Once the sp is moving much higher, we should see alot more buyers here, especially while it's so low at the moment and way below the NAV. Shareholders, especially long-term want to see a reward for their patience. It's been talked about for far too long now

In the interview he mentioned that they are in talks with the company for the acquisition of the new plant which has been made specifically for spodumene. The previous plant has difficulty with this and they said in the future they will look to adjust and upgrade it to work with spodumene. But the good news is the secondary flotation plant has been created exactly for what it's needed for. They didn't give a timeline but they mentioned that the team who designed the new flotation plant will be helping at zulu with the optimisation and commissioning. Hopefully we will see an rns for a placing to get the new plant delivered

It's all been agreed by shareholders and recently by the court, so nothing else to do but announce news on a buyback now. We haven't had an interview from Sean for a couple of months

Hopefully they buyback the full 15% which will be 17,.341,565. This should put us in a good place.

Order the secondary flotation plant from the remaining balance and then come back with a GM later to cover debt. At least it gives us confidence in the company moving forward if they prioritise getting the plant to production, then keep coming back and forth just to pay debts

If they don't order the secondary flotation plant from the next placing and use it to pay off Goddards. (Since he did mention they had the approval for the costs of this from the remaining amount), then I don't know how he dare come back asking for more money, when shareholders want this money used on the new plant. They struggled for the vote in the last GM. Canmax are in charge of financing, maybe they should of thought about this in the past

What I took from the interview, is that any further raise has been already agreed in the last gm. So at least we don't lose time waiting for approval and another GM. They are currently in talks for the acquisition atm. Not sure how long this will take though and how long the commissioning and optimisation will take
