Docs right. Imagine if on Monday for example only at 7am, they release an rns of a commercial find. What do you think would be the opening bid? Especially if there is a big buyer On market at £50k+ and the buy price would shoot right up. As soon as 1p hits, the BOD buys come through and then you will be wishing you bought before. Its always the same. Look at how fast the price rose last year from the MFC (and of course look how fast it dropped after) we do need some juicy news though, I do agree with that
This sp is so undervalued now with all the projects and work that is place. It's crazy! There isn't much Sean can do, that he hasn't already been doing. The new Ipos will be coming out very soon; First development resources and then followed by the Uranium ipo. These will bring in much more money for pow. We just need more big investors and imo only; the US listing will help bring in more buyers. At the moment we only have very little buys on a daily basis. When was the last time we had close to 100 buyers in a day? We don't even see 50, let alone 100. News from the US listing, the molopo farms would be ideal before the end of the year. Next year will be more news on the Uranium, lithium drillings and Saudi Arabia outcome and the IPOs. All imo
Instead of repeating yourself here which is tor shareholders and not BODs, why don't you send all this to microsaic and the email addresses you have provided. I'm not having a go. It's just wasted on us here. We are aware already what's going on and what went on and cannot change that. With all due respect its like listening to a stuck record. If you are an existed shareholder as most here, you also would like to get your money back or have the company stay on Aim rather than private. Also I'm not the only one on this chat
The Company has since been engaged in further funding discussions which involve raising funds subject to reinstatement of the Company's shares to trading on AIM. The Company is reviewing the proposals and will provide a further update on the resolutions to be put to shareholders to give effect to such proposals as soon as is reasonably practicable
Some positive news this morning for the existing shareholders trapped here. Let's hope they follow through and we don't delist. All fingers and toes crossed.
I know some people here won't like the news and if they can suggest a supportive alternative option then losing all our existing shares
Muggins, you and Yankee seem to have lots of inside information on GB and the company that would help the existing shareholders here. Wouldn't it be better to put both your heads together and think of a way to help us instead of just telling us over and over what we already know. It would of been better to warn us before we invested on here a couple of years ago instead of now when it's too late.
The only thing we can do as existing shareholders if we can't sue is vote against a delist. Otherwise as I said before; we just have to wait and see if they come back with another ipo (and yes I know we shouldn't buy, but at least we can wait to sell)
Even if GB didn't buy his shares, he still has 240,000,000 shares. He's retired and no longer on the BOD. So he needs to decide along with the rest of us to settle for the buyback price or vote not to delist. He currently had £240,000 and with the current sp at close, he has £15.600. He might be a crook, but I don't think even he would settle for such a loss.
Anyone know how cineworld is going on with getting their money back? Do we know what is happening with the people who still have stock with deepverge and if they have help to sue?
Yankee you have alot of inside knowledge on the company and GB you can put towards a lawyer for all of us
Bonkers we did discover bonanza gold, but nobody here really cares about gold it seems. Instead of civilisation halting, the sp did.
We do need some big news from the Athabasca and molopo. We forget about the lithium in canada as well. Without lithium, we wouldn't be on our laptops or phones now
GMET is tungsten, gold, copper and silver within Nevada. No Uranium. We don't have an ipo yet for the Uranium
Uranium is going to be big and lithium as well. The future of mobile phones, laptops, electronic powered vehicles will need alot more lithium. LG and Tesla etc are already shopping around for companies who deal with lithium; along with other companies out there. If we hit big with this and Uranium, we will be all happy bunnies
You do alot of waffling as well Roger. At least Sean is working positively to bring in the business and find investors. Negative vibes aren't helping the chat site, especially if new investors are coming here for the 1st time
Tariq. We should be given an option to sell back to the company when they delist at an amount agreed in a vote or we can deal otc. Or even wait to see if they partner up or rejoin Aim via an ipo in the future. I read online that when a company delist and goes private they will have a vote on a share buyback price and you then have to sell back.. since GB is no longer on the BOD it will involve him as well and he will have to sell back his shares. (I don't know how microsaic can afford to buyback shares at the moment and the majority shareholders can decline the price if its too low
Please correct me if I'm wrong as new to this and read online
'Company is also exploring alternative 'matched bargain facilities' to enable investors to trade in its shares following the intended Delisting,
I'm hoping we join the US market when they start drilling for Uranium and results start coming out. As Sean said the US understand the model and are more keen on gold, copper and Uranium. As he said the news we have released in the recent past, should of raised the sp. Some people think joining the US market will decrease the sp even more than we are now, but I think we should get better buys than we have. Look at todays buys for example from UK. We even had one buy for a £1. We aren't going to reach 1.00 etc by buys like this and especially with 39 buys/sells.
If we had been on the US market when RR bought in, the US investors would of bought in. Most people in the UK probably haven't heard of Rick. The bonanza gold result again in the UK market did nothing for us.
If some here prefer £1+ bids and average of 20 buys/sells a day on the lse, then they should be playing the penny slot machines instead. We need to be open to pow being worldwide and bringing in the serious money £££
We have dropped to new lows it seems. Hopefully big things to come to take us back to 1.00+ in 2024
