Just need to hang in there. Canmax wants zulu to get to production. Why would they cause problems now, to delay even further. They might as well wait to see what happens with the secondary flotation plant. Bankruptcy and a delisting would put everything on full stop. They couldn't just walk in over night and takeover and start working. Canmax would need governmental and regulatory approvals. Obtaining these can take several months to over a year, depending on the complexity and jurisdiction.

If I was canmax I'd extend the long stop and wait to see what happens with the secondary flotation plant; which they have agreed to, as well as the recent GM vote. They are so close now, they can smell the spodumene. If they really wanted, they could put in their own technical team.

He's been saying the same thing for years and still the derampers are sniffing around prem. If they don't walk away, then there is still something to hang around for. I'm not selling and I've just filtered out the rubbish coming out of the hypocrites on here, that have been repeating the same rubbish every day to encourage people to sell, so they can buy on the lows. If you don't like prem then prove it and walk away, otherwise admit that you are here to scam investors to sell

There was talk of bankruptcy from derampers back in feb 2025 before April came along

At least if they delist we won't hear the constant daily Negative posts. That's a good exchange for a delist. Maybe if they don't you can quit here anyway 🤷

If they delist, Canmax would likely make an offer to buy out remaining shareholders, possibly in Canmax shares, cash, or shares in a newly formed company and list under a new name

If its the end of prem, what is happening with Canmax's shares? They either will take over completely and keep under prem or transfer all to Canmax shares. They will either want to be a partner which they will take more shares or take all assets and run zulu and then they either take over premier african minerals or move everything to under Canmax

If canmax take over will they keep it under prem or transfer the lot to canmax? They have all their current shares under prem and it wouldn't be worth them selling at this sp and if they take further shares, it will be diluted even more

He's figured out the same as GR; that we need the secondary flotation plant. Why they didn't just order it before I don't know. Now if canmax take over, they will also have to order it. Will they completely take over or become a partner with more shares is what we will find out soon

Maybe there is only one man that's knows how to achieve constant grading and canmax have to seek him out. Perhaps Brad Pitt, like the movies

If Graham has given up, who's next in line to solve the mystery of getting zulu to production. Perhaps canmax has a miracle man to achieve the grading

Glencore still has a part to play in all this. Canmax introduced Glencore to prem and this is a big reason for the extension to Dec. and why GR was forced out and GH was taken on. If the long stop fails, what part does Glencore still have in all this, because they were brought in to pay Canmax's debt

Alertrns, my thoughts exactly. Canmax wants zulu to get to production. If they take more shares in prem or takeover the assets, if the long stop fails; they are still in the same position and will require the secondary flotation plant and trying to achieve sc5/sc6. What makes them believe their management and technical team can do anything different and why didn't they suggest that before to avoid all this wasted time. Why take on GH as ceo and agree to this recent raise so close to the long stop.

If the long stop doesn’t pass, canmax can take further shares in prem, diluting even more or take over assets. Canmax wants zulu to get to production. They aren't going to takeover and sell. They still want the product. Its likely they will bring in their own management and technical team if they took things over. GH will of failed as a ceo if the above happened. Will Canmax want to delist prem and if so will they transfer to Canmax. Why didn't they do this in April when they had the chance, rather than extended to this December and why bother take on GH and force GR to retire (I think they gave him a good deal to retire nicely or be fired)

If another company takes over the whole thing, I hope its Glencore. At least they are on the LSE. They are the only one we know of that are sniffing around zulu

Best news for me will be the secondary plant ordered and anything that will avoid rumours of bankruptcy and dilisting. I'll be happy to see December out of the way to be honest

If prem goes bankrupt, canmax lose out as well. Will they takeover and order the secondary flotation plant themselves or hope someone takes on zulu and pays back the debt. They will however lose all the shares when prem delists, along with everyone else. Will they choose this option. They already have lost alot with how far the price has dropped. If there is no bankruptcy, we have a very good chance this will recover once they have the secondary flotation plant

If I was Sean, I would never of released gmet as an ipo. If they wanted to reward pow shareholders, they could of kept it under our news flow and got rid of molopo farms as an ipo instead (which is sitting doing nothing)

Looks like some unknown sells that dropped the price down again. One around £16k

Not sure any news this year will give us a big boost. The next news on the capital reduction may come in before 2026, but unlikely will be anything to do with a buyback etc until next year. We need something really interesting to give us a kick in the right direction
