Not sure any news this year will give us a big boost. The next news on the capital reduction may come in before 2026, but unlikely will be anything to do with a buyback etc until next year. We need something really interesting to give us a kick in the right direction

Only time will tell. Canmax could of declined taking on Graham, they could of declined the recent vote to place for more cash. Why haven't they just taken over instead of dragging this on for so long. If them and shareholders have had enough, then don't vote for the raises. There's speculation of bankruptcy so why not vote against . If there is another gm vote, investors know what to do, otherwise what's the point in complaining about the sp. People knew what they were getting into with Labour, but they still voted for them.

If the secondary flotation plant gets ordered, we may have a chance of this working, otherwise someone like Glencore will walk in and buy zulu

13.00 seems to be the resistance level. Every time it's reaches this, it gets dragged back down again. Hopefully some news in December might help us break above this level 🙏

Hopefully it gets bought by a company like Glencore and we may get an offer to take their shares as a transfer. Won't be much, but anything is better than 0.00. Canmax would also get that option which I'm sure they would prefer to nothing and the debt paid off

Canmax won't take over. They could of done that already by declining the raise and causing the company to sell because of debt and no way to fund. They want the mine in production. If the company goes bust, someone else will takeover. Some company with lots of cash to complete the work. Hopefully it's a company like Glencore. Canmax might be worried they will lose alot of money if prem delist and goes bust. Whoever buys will have to pay the debt, but If Canmax buys, they will lose their stock in prem and who's going to pay the debt back. Not Graham

They wouldn't of got the money if they didn't get the vote. Majority of shareholders voted for the raise including me. I don't hide behind 'it's confidential' we know canmax voted For. I'd rather a raise then a possible dilisting. At least this gives prem another opportunity to get back to work
