My thoughts exactly Altag. They could of declined the raise and forced prem to bankruptcy and taken over. They've had a few chances and including the April extension to take over. They knew about GR and agreed to GH as well. Instead of diluting the share price, which they have with majority votes, they could of voted no

If canmax takes over away from prem. They or whoever it's passed onto will still likely need to order the secondary flotation plant and do their own work to get it to production and how long will zulu be closed whilst they wait for legal and government approval for the new owners of zulu. Its not a next working day process. It would be better for them to either take more percentage and become a partner with prem or extend the long stop.

Even if canmax took over, they will still need to put more cash into getting zulu to production. If it was as easy as pushing a couple of buttons, they would of figured it out by now. GH had to takeover from GR with hardly any money to play with. If it wasn't Graham, then another ceo would of done exactly the same thing. It's easy to sit on your comfortable chair and think you could do better and I'd love to wish some here to be in Graham's shoes now and watch you run around like headless chickens trying to find cash you haven't got. Your mummy's wouldn't be able to help you. Let's hope with all the years of experience, Graham can do what George couldn't

A buyback would reward long term investors. I don't want a dividend going to someone who just buys in and sells up after the ex dividend date. All imo

They know exactly what's going on now and before GH was taken on (which they also agreed with) They dont need a jaglith or raaydaar on their team to figure things out; they knew from the start what they were getting into

A buyback would be a good first choice and later when the company is doing well from the minestarters, Uranium projects etc. They can look at dividends. Once the sp gets over 20p and moving forward, we should see more interest. All imo.

The only issue I have with dividends, is short term investors can buy in, take the dividend and sell after. This means that the company has paid out more cash and we still are back to where we are now. The company has already got lots of projects, but long term investors are still waiting for our reward. It's been a few years now and yesterday's news was a great piece of news

If not a dividend, a share buyback would be nice. Hopefully push us upwards and encourage more long term investors to jump onboard

Filtered out jag, raaydaar etc. Absolutely no point reading endless daily negative posters who are as bad as or even worse than they say GR is. They could walk away, but here trolling for years. If genuine shareholders are tired of them, filter them out and they can chat to each other instead.

Canmax just realised GR lied, but they happily extended the long stop and agreed to gm votes to place more money, including the most recent. If canmax doesn't takeover and prem continues in 2026, will you then give up and walk away

You've been saying that for a couple of years now. Why didn't Dr Luo Wei before he retired do anything to help canmax take over? They've had so many votes in these GM's including the most recent and didn't have to extend the last time in April. They could of picked up on GR then. Are they in on it as well? So if canmax force prem out, how long do you think zulu will be closed until they get governmental and regulatory approval? This is why they will either extend or take further shares in prem
