If we don't see any buyback whilst it's so low. I have no idea what Sean's thoughts are. I'm not impressed by him to be honest.

The rest of the ftse seems fine, especially the companies affected by oil prices like the airlines etc. Power Arabia should be still running. According to online, the companies are still working as per usual; especially the other foreign companies out there drilling. As you said, it's away from the action in the middle of nowhere

Morning Frog, Hopefully the rest of the team at POW will get us where we need to be. The Uranium drilling has started and the Tati project should of started or due to soon. We should see news from these by the summer months

I've emailed him a few times Frog since he started with no replies. You are lucky to hear from him. Shame he wasn't more clear with when it will start up again, rather than saying its similar to director buys (which doesn't explain the large gap in between news) The previous ceo was much better imo with his response and interviews. Though he was 100% pow, whereas Sean has other companies he works for. Maybe this is part of the reason the sp has been stuck bekow 20p since he started. Things need to change if the sp is ever to go up

There's no excuse for the gap in the buyback, unless there is a difference between Aim and the ftse rules for different companies. Ive checked another company on the ftse and the buyback still runs smoothly even around results, directors buys and other news. It might skip the odd day, but that's it. If there isn't any difference in the rules, then I don't have any idea why it's stopped. Unless they don't have enough cash for the buyback or using it for something else 🤷 Sean should put out an interview for all shareholders

The last interview with Sean was October last year. Not good for a ceo imo. Especially with all the news and the buyback approved. If PJ was still in charge, we would of had a stockbox interview straight away from the rns drop.

Perhaps there is an AGM coming up. That's the only reason I can see for the delay in the buyback continuing

They have only bought back 1,994,161 shares. You won't see any positive return for shareholders until they have brought it to just below 99,000,000 shares in issue and there should be a better movement. There has been alot of talk from Sean about a return to shareholders, but as it stands that's all it is; just talk. It's been too long now (years) we've had this low sp. Gmet has flown past us and Sean hasn't been able to get us to the same position since he's been in charge

The last time we were at 10p I remember was 2023. The average since Sean started has been between 14-15p. Unless something really bad happens, I don't see us dropping that low again. Will we ever see above 20p this year is the question. Sean has the buyback approved, he can easily help the sp by keeping this regular; especially whilst it's low. Sean sort it out ffs

All looking good so far. I will buy more and average down, but not until there is confirmation in an rns that the secondary plant is working as expected. If all is confirmed that the new plant can produce, I reckon we will definitely hear about Glencore or another company jumping onboard

Today whilst the market/sp is dropping would be the perfect time to start the buyback up again

I assume that the power Arabia projects will be delayed until further notice with what is going on there? With the share buyback paused, all we can hope for will be a discovery from the Uranium and Tati which will be drilling soon

I have no idea doc why he's delaying it. when I've seen buybacks with other companies, they run smoothly with no delays until they finish, with no excuses. Still it would be nice to hear from our own ceo via an interview at some point this year

It's not for us to answer Frog. He's been very quiet for a ceo. We haven't heard an interview from him in months. It would be nice to get confirmation when the buyback will be starting up again. Like I said there was a gap of nearly a month they could of bought back some shares and continued again now unless they have results or an agm in 30 days. The sp is not good, it hasn't been since he's started and he's not helping by postponing the buyback

If we look back on the share buyback, they released news a week prior to the the first buyback. According to online they have to give one business day after sensitive information and 30 days before half and yearly results. What's the reason for no buyback between the 9th Feb to the 2nd March in this case. This response from Sean isn't good enough imo. There's no results until the end of June, unless he's planning an AGM very soon. But still there has been plenty of chances for the buyback before now. He just doesn't want to spend any more money on returning to shareholders imo

They've had time in between the news released recently to complete some buybacks. None of the news has had any impact on the sp anyway. Would be nice to get an update from Sean directly via an interview

This is great news that the secondary flotation plant has now arrived. Will be interesting to see the next update from Q2. Will be very interesting for Q3/Q4 if all goes well

The share buyback was the only return to shareholders to help raise the sp. The amount they have currently bought back, won't do that. All the talk in past interviews about returns to shareholders hasn't happened.

I know I've said it before. If Sean had kept gmet as a JV instead of an ipo, with a percentage going to another company eg. Ucam. Imagine what our sp would be right now. Yes pow has made millions in profit, but the sp here didn't go anywhere from that news and when the ipo moved up, we stayed put. Massive mistake from Sean getting rid of gmet.

Since Sean started here the sp has been averaging around 12-16p and we finished yesterday again in the red.

If I was him, I'd be looking for an interested party to take a percentage in molopo farms as well and get the drills going again there. Also starting up the share buyback.

All we can hope for now is that our Uranium or Tati or even our power Arabia projects comes up with being similar or better than gmet.

back then though we had more irons in the fire, all under pow; including the uranium, gmet, fdr, molopo, tati etc etc. lots of news, lots of interviews and a good sp. unfortunately pj stepped down and we are where we are. cash in the bank is a plus, but a very bad sp unfortunately. shame we don't get a share of profits and a s****y new office

Sean Wade was appointed ceo on March 17, 2023. During his tenure, the share price has experienced significant volatility, with recent trading around 12p to 16p average.

RR msy have been brought in to raise cash, but he was given new shares and hasn't bought anything since, especially on market. His value has decreased as well. I believe he got a special deal around 17.00.

If you were around when pj was ceo, you would of seen a massive difference. Shame Sean doesn't put in the same effort imo. He was the main reason I invested in pow
