Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Nice on paper Tray, but the sp hasn't moved for pow. I've been here sticking by pow for a while and I'm still in the red. When is the spin off ipos going to push up the sp for us. Another ipo will again look great on paper, but it's not moving up. I still think the Uranium should stay under pow only. Bring the investors who are interested in the Uranium into pow and build up the balance sheet and sp this way. Separate ipos will not bring more buyers to pow and the sp for us will drag behind
Gmet has almost doubled and we aren't even back where we were when PJ was here as ceo
Really hoping tbe US OTC application goes through very soon; especially before the molopo farm results. With Uranium, lithium projects in canada as well; I think there is alot more investors looking at companies focused on greener energy over there and they also know more about people like Rick rule. This will be more attractive once it has a US listing for people not wanting to buy in pounds on Aim
I personally would prefer to see the Uranium to stay within pow than an ipo spin off. If we have big interest from investors with the likes of Rick Rule, we can get all the the help with raising funds for drilling etc. This will definitely help the sp here as well and bring in more buyers. (Today only 28 buy/sells and over at GMET 27) compare this to other companies that keep everything in one sp
Hopefully goes up slightly more before the consolidation. After will be 110,500,000 shares in issue and at current market cap. We will be looking at 15-16.00. Then we will see if it reaches 40.00 to see some profit. Imo I think it's possible if the results come back great from molopo farms etc
If I was to put through 28k; there's no way I'd get such a low bid price of 0.80. Hopefully once the shares have been consolidated, we will see more of a rise.
We have to wait to see what the market cap is before the consolidation. I reckon around 15-16 sp on opening if its around 0.75-0.80 the day before. Any thoughts?
A great rns imo yesterday and today we have 1.5 million to use towards further development and the lse market is like 'Meh' This is one main reason I hope we are successful with the US OTC. I was expecting a good movement yesterday and we ended up moving with a close from 0.77 previously to 0.80.
Hopefully if we get great results from molopo, perhaps the market will wake up, but it is the UK and probably all having a lie in lol
As Sean has mentioned; GSA is also helping us with a further step forward into Saudi Arabia. With the government there putting in 3.2 trillion in developing the country by 2030; pow is trying to put their own footprint there.
We are currently in the process of joining the USA stock market. Would it be possible for a UK company to join the Tadāwul (Saudi exchange market) investors in Saudi Arabia don't invest small amounts imo. Not like here in the uk on Aim where someone on Friday invested £1.06p (you have to laugh lol)
That is the same for any company to say they need to raise cash. Even the average Joe who runs their own business has to raise money to pay for overheads etc. Hopefully we don't have to worry about that too much as Sean mentioned with GSA environmental. I agree with the drilling though. Still waiting for some decent results. Molopo shouldn't be too far off
I think with the share consolidation to help us get onto the USA OTC market, we will see more investors and as Sean mentioned with the GSA environmental we should see more news flooding through. I'm looking forward to hearing news from the Oman and Saudi trip and see what comes from that. We still have to hear about the lithium results from North winds, Canada as well
Good interview today and Sean explains the consolidation in a positive approach for the OTC listing. Looking forward to hearing more as well from the Oman and Saudi trip and hopefully more investors coming onboard
GMET only has 85 million shares in issue and they seem happy with the way the sp has been going. It's the same situation for them, if there is a sell it drops alot. As long as we have regular news coming through as Sean mentioned in the last stockbox, then hopefully there won't be too much selling and we will be going up
I was confused by the rns first of all and then finally worked it out. As some mentioned the value (market cap) doesn't change unless sp goes up/down. So when it's consolidated the market cap will reflect the new sp. Which I've mentioned should be around 16p for a 17mil market cap. As it stands. i think the confusion in the rns has caused some people to sell. It should really give a bit more detail
Doc. If they valued the company previously at 3.3p at current shares in issue. That would make it now 66p. So by today's sp then it should be around 17p after consolidation to be in the same situation with no loss. From my example of 10mil shares at todays sp is £85k; 500k shares x 17p would be £85k
Same here Wiltshireman. No consolidation I've been part of either was any good. It's good for new shareholders, but not for existing. Let's see what the opening sp will be after consolidation
