They are going to need more cash before Q3. There's no point getting excited yet, until we know what is happening with the secondary flotation plant. If that is going to do what it says on the tin, then we definitely should hear about a possible company jumping onboard to help with the debt ie Glencore and then the sp will rocket.. but it's all dependent on the new plant running continuously at sc5+

How long do we think before we hear about the secondary flotation plant and if it can run continuously at sc5/sc6? I've seen on x they are still working on putting everything together. This is news I'm holding out for

Great to hear from Sean after a long wait. Really pleased to hear about molopo and its exciting to see there is a potential jv on the cards. Tati is another one I'm looking forward to seeing more news after Easter and of course the results from our Uranium project. I do hope that power Arabia will become a jv rather than an ipo. Perhaps they may find another investor like our Uranium project and keep it under our news flow and sp.

Jack Dann and Bill Brodie are doing an excellent job and keep us updated with interviews. We haven't heard from our ceo since last year. Could this be the reason our sp is always dragging; it's possible. It's very different from when I joined pow, but we had all the projects under our belt back then and lots of updates. I don't know if another ceo would be able to raise the sp here though, let's see what happens with the rest of the year with the buyback and projects running atm.

The best decision he did make, was creating a jv with our Uranium project; which before was going to be similar to gmet as an ipo. The other thing was the share buyback. It's still very early to tell if this will help our sp. They still need to buyback to bring us down to around 100,000,000 shares in issue.

We haven't had any shareholder return prior to this. Hopefully with this in the future, we also will see dividends.

For me I'm watching this space closely for Tati and hopefully molopo farms as well, when he decides what to do after the last drilling results 2024

If he didn't sell gmet when he did, we'd still be sitting at a low sp with no cash in the bank. The sp here never did raise when gmet did. Now we have cash and we have no idea if any of these new opportunities he's buying into will move us up. Will anyone put us where gmet's sp is.

He should never have released gmet as an ipo in the first place and that with the Uranium project together would of been enough to get us where we need to be

We still have to find out about our molopo farms project as well. The last update in 2024 from Sean

"As we have always maintained, Molopo Farms is a potential district-scale deposit, and for that to be ascertained, considerable investment needs to be made at this stage to undertake the scale of exploration required.

The Company continues to look at possible solutions to this requirement, which is aided by the extensive exploration data gathered, the potential for discovery and the supportive operating environment for this type of opportunity in Botswana. Further developments on that front will be communicated in due course."

Power Metal holds an 87.71% interest in Kalahari Key Mineral Exploration Pty Ltd, a Botswana private company, which holds a 100% interest in the Molopo Farms Complex Project.

This has big potential if we can get another company onboard to help with expenses

The more the ftse stays in the red and pushes us back, the better. At this rate, they should be buying back alot cheaper. If this buyback continues without anymore delays, we should be in a great position by Q3 and the drilling results and see the sp race up much more quickly

There was no surprise with the funding this morning. We all knew it was coming and there will be more before Q3. As profitbags said; there isn't any point averaging down yet. Just hold and wait for the update saying the new flotation plant has done what is expected and then everyone will be averaging down. I'm waiting for confirmation that production will begin and an rns saying Glencore or another company will be joining

Still early days yet. Q2 almost here next week. I'll be holding atm until the update after commissioning. Hopefully I'll top up Q3 all being well. There will be another raise before Q3 imo. All being well and I can see news on interested parties jumping onboard ie Glencore

This is great to see and as others have said; let's hope they continue now with the buyback and we have communication from Sean. There's been alot going on since the last interview and a stockbox interview would be great to see

It's been a year now and we are still waiting for our return to shareholders.

Wade stated that the 11.8x return on the GMET investment "represents a strong validation of our incubator model and will hopefully give investors renewed confidence in our ability to generate significant shareholder returns".

He's looking at other projects and we are still sitting on molopo farms that he was praising back in June 2024. He mentioned back then he had interested parties. Will these new projects raise the current sp and when are shareholders receiving this reward without the dilution. He said that about gmet and that never happened and all we have is a dropped sp

The sp hasn't gone anywhere in a couple of years. It started dropping after PJ left and hasn't recovered since.

They need to start up the buyback again now while it's dropping lower. When the ftse recovers and we start getting news from our projects that are currently in drilling, it will go back up and if they buyback whilst it's low and cheaper, it will shoot up much more quickly later on. Sean should see this

The way the sp is going, I think the only way shareholders will benefit is turning up and taking some of the copper/gold from our projects we invested in.

The ftse today is in the green and we again are in red. Shareholders aren't happy with the way the buyback has been stopped.

This acquisition, which crossed the notification threshold on March 18, 2026, was reported to the issuer on March 19, 2026. The Estate of William Black is the ultimate controlling person behind these holdings, with First Equity Limited managing 2.508443% through Rath Dhu and 0.712926% through Armstrong Investments.

Wouldn't be the reason for the buyback on hold. It's only for 3,660,000. They must of been offered a deal. There's no way I could buy that many shares at the current sp
