Maybe the value of the company hasn't changed but how does it affect the existing shareholders. Your answer isn't clear? 20 shares existing is equal to 1 share in consolidation. So If someone has 10mil shares that would reduce to 500k of shares 10mil÷20
If the current sp 0.85. 0.0085×10mil is £85k. If the new sp is 2p. 0.02x500k of shares = £10k
I take it by the drop in the sp today, this is not good news for existing shareholders? Someone correct me if I'm wrong as my maths isn't the best. So if someone has 10mil shares they then would have 500k shares after consolidation and what is the sp of the new shares 2p? Is that 0.02? This is an example. So currently 10mil shares at 0.85 is 85k. With the new consolidation that's 10k? A drop in earnings of 75k? Excuse my maths
Sounds all well on paper and bringing in more revenue into the business, but didn't really mention how this will impact the share price and bring actual revenue to shareholders. The news didn't excite the market, but let's see what happens from this in the near future and hopefully we see share price rises like GMET
Definitely undervalued. The biggest issue as I've mentioned is it's too diluted. The number of daily investors to the shares in issue. We are currently struggling to reach 1.00 at the moment. Pow as Tray has mentioned is making the money from the ipos and will make even more and more money from the new ipos coming up this year. Will this attract more investors though or do we need more of the projects for discovery's to stay under pow only; as molopo, tati etc. As we have said here GMET is doing well, but their shares aren't as diluted as pow (at the moment) if pow is going to develop more ipos and make money this way; they will either have to bring in more investors into pow or eventually arrange a share buyback (further down the line of course)
Pow has lots of positives and should be attracting more interest. Hopefully good news comes out from molopo and North wind and this will bring in more investors
Hey IC8888,
Sure, just take a look at pow share trades in the top right hand side and your see Friday's trades. 31 in total and only as little as 28 on Thursday. We really need more marketing to bring in more investors. Hopefully we get some good news from the assay results at North wind, Canada and molopo in the coming months.

It's funny how sofa experts know how these businesses work. Until they discover x-ray vision and they can see where the minerals are, then it's easily missed when drilling in the ground. Its not like digging up dirt in the back garden. It's like a professional darts player wearing a blindfold and told to hit a bullseye every time. Though trying to hit bullseye without a blindfold is hard enough for the likes of me lol
If pow is a waste of time, then why does the likes of Rick Rule, a multi millionaire invest in pow?
The biggest frustration for me here though is the amount of investors. Just on Friday we had only 31. Sean is doing his best with marketing. I do think imo when we are listed on the US market we will see more buyers coming through. Especially with the US market more interested in mining for gold, lithium, Uranium
You would expect a company like pow to have more backing from the government, especially with the climate change target of 2030 coming up. They need low emission vehicles which are run on lithium and nickel batteries. Also all this talk of small nuclear power plants will require Uranium. The whole world is going to be looking for important minerals in the next coming years and most of them will be avoiding Russia and China. The USA will be more likely be focused on providing for themselves as per usual; so where is the uk and Europe going to be looking to.
Sean already said pow has the largest area of the Athabasca for Uranium in the uk market.
So surprising how little investors we have here at the moment. 24 buys/sells very low for such a positive company
The amount of positive news we have compared to other companies on Aim. You'd expect us to be over 1.00 by now. The only negative was pj stepping back and the molopo farms drilling in the wrong place (which hopefully they have figured out the correct spot. Maybe they should ask a woman lol) All in all we should be at least around 1.50+ by now. New ipos with FDR soon and UEE. More news from Saudi Arabia and the athabasca. All positive imo
Weather in the Athabasca is showing to be getting better; especially in March/April, with it going into positive warmer numbers. Hopefully they can get to work ASAP
We definitely need something to raise this sp. It's going at a snail pace at the moment
Morning all! Hope all is going smoothly with the drilling in molopo. Let's hope they are hitting the sweet spot soon. They should do scans to make sure they are going in the right direction as well. We don't want the same result as last time
I think investors who have been with pow for a while are frustrated with the sp at moment and hope we can get more investors onboard who see the potential as we all do; especially when we have a ceo like Sean who is on site and trying to attract more buyers in. Looking at this interview, it reminds me of what attracted me to pow in the first place. Let's hope this ends up being huge for 2024. Have a great weekend all :)
I like your confidence Tray and I've been holding for a while now. Let's see the sp for pow when the new ipos are released in the coming months and see if it goes up alongside them. The Ipos are doing well for pow's balance sheet yes; but that's not raising the sp at the moment. We have great news recently, but have very few investors (27 so far today, which is very low compared to other aim companies out there) and as I mentioned too many shares in issue. They did mention in a previous message that they would look into dividends or share buy backs. Who knows how long that will be. The more profits they make from the ipos I hope they do this and this will definitely attract more investors.
I hope you are right that we will end up like GGP. Drinks on me if it does haha
One of the main reasons for the sp here not rising like the sp over GMET is the shares in issue. Pow has too many shares here for the amount of investors and buy amounts (2.21b) GMET (85.62m) Sean needs to look at this imo. The sp over there is rising and pow is making more and more money, but we are still dragging behind. When FDR and UEE is released it will be the same. Pow will be pocketing the profits and Pow sp will be standing still. When are we going to feel the benefits from these Sean? With the profits they are making from GMET etc they should do something about the amount of shares in issue or get big investors to buy on market instead of releasing more shares at dirt cheap share prices
This is depressing watching the sp. Especially after the good news from tati and molopo. No bad news and we are back below 1.00. We should be at least around 1.50 with both these positive news releases.
Apart from the FDR and UEE. What other news are we expecting to come through?
