I think the dividend is very likely to be reintroduced (fingers crossed) and this will further help the price rise. I would never argue with anyone taking profit, as this can never be seen as a bad move, for me though this is a hold at the moment, my average is fairly low and whilst we will hit some ups and downs along the way I think £1.20 at some point around March is realistic. I then believe a further rise back to £1.80 later in the year is also well within reach.

I am holding tight to my entire holding at the moment, my average isn't as low as it was, but it is still low 48p or so, so I am not concerned if the price fluctuates a little. I am also still confident there is a good chance we will see the share price hit £1.20 before the end of March and I expect £1.80 before the end of the year, so I'm a hold at the moment, unless something significant happens to change my mind.

Sold all mine as well, I don't have a clue where this is going to go, but I have doubled my money and reading all your posts, it seems like most people aren't 100% sure either so I thought I'll go with the majority and take the cautious approach.

I would like to see us hold above 80p today and see where we go the rest of the week, if we can break the 80p barrier and hold I think we will begin to rise again....... hopefully!

The update reads extremely well to me, my only surprise is that we have not yet seen more of a rise. The company has made good inroads into reducing the debt and decent cash reserves have been conserved. I don't see what's not to like here! A slow steady rise is probably preferred anyway and our board is still as quiet as ever!

Godders, I have to say hats off to you for having the balls to put £200k or thereabouts into an AIM stock, not something I'd be doing if I had that sort of dough to invest, but I really do hope this comes good for you. £200k in an AIM wow just wow.

I'm not going to attack you BlackWhite, you are entitled to voice your opinion, as is everyone else. But when you refer to all the "latest ramping", what do you mean? A few optimistic posts that have occurred today? I haven't seen much in the way of blatant ramping on the board lately and, if you do mean the posts today, well they haven't created the rise the price has been steadily rises for the past 4 days.

I am always sceptical of the impact of any ramping or de-ramping, yes you could say some read it and make a decision either way based on a post, but the majority don't and the few that do are unlikely to have any major impact on the buy/ sell price of a stock, this is far more likely effected by large scale buys and sells from major investors (not likely to be influenced by an individuals opinion on a message board/ chat forum) - all in my opinion of course.

If we can break past 80p for a sustained period, I don't think we will look back. Target before March is £1 for me and then hopefully rising to £1.20 before summer. I have revised this down slightly you may note, this is because the "brexit deal bounce" wasn't as significant as I thought it may be, not just here to be fair, across the board with others like Lloyds, etc. that I also expected to see a larger move upwards in the price.
All in my opinion of course and everyone must make their own mind up.

What platform do you use MD? I don't usually have any trouble getting quotes on ii and it hasn't been an issue this morning.

I don't see a take over happening. The company is in a solid position, the share price like that of all others, has been affected by Brexit, the Pandemic and general market confidence, but RPS will be back to the pre-pandemic levels at some point. It may take a little while we they are well on their way and recovery has been level and consistent. £1.20 before March, probably rising to between £1.50-£1.70 by summer time and then hopefully up to £1.80 or beyond later in the year. The share price was generally moving in the right direction prior to the crash and I would expect this to resume. I think the board have acted swiftly and decisively throughout and kept the company in a strong position with a strong order book during difficult times, can't fault them for that.

Deal will be done, it makes no sense for there not to be one and why pursue a course that makes no sense. Bojo may make a few hard liners in his party happy if he went down the no deal route, but he knows it would be political suicide and he is a sucker for self preservation/ self interest, so he won't take that route.

There is fear out there and a hell of a lot of posturing on both sides, but both sides do want a deal and both know the potential down side of no deal is massive, so I am confident a compromise will be reached and we can all rest easy again.

Bojo will sell out the fishermen and allow access, to be fair it makes sense to do so, given fishing only forms something like 0.1% of our overall economy. It would make absolutely no sense to destroy the other 99.9% to take a moral stand on this issue, my belief is this is solely being used as a bargaining chip at the moment, as access to UK waters is a much larger issue for the Europeans such as the French. The other main issue being the following of future EU rule implementation, again I don't see a major hurdle here and believe both sides will give ground, the EU will be flexible on what we have to adopt and the UK will accept adopting all that are currently in place, as well as some future and those that are not accepted may mean some minor changes to the agreement or what products are subject to free trade (sounds complex, but really not a big deal).
